"This hotel is in a great location for skiing in Jackson. They need to get the little things right though. Coffee in the lobby should be a no-brainer. I also asked for a late checkout. They charge $50 an hour for late checkouts. I would prefer that they tell me that it's not available. Nickel and diming guests in a higher end hotel is a bit bizarre. Overall, hotel was clean with rooms that are well appointed."

"The cabins are cute and clean but tiny!! With the sofa bed out it blocks the only door out and takes the entire space of the “ kitchen”. The showers were updated but still had a scratched up pink toilet. Not what is expected at this price point. The staff was very nice and there was coffee and a wrapped danish in the morning in the main office area. Overall a mixed bag. A decent place but way too pricy for the accommodations."

"We had a fantastic two night stay. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, which were both perfect--clean, well stocked with towels and deck chairs, and mostly empty. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and the staff working were helpful and on top of the restocks. The room itself was just right; it was clean, had every amenity we needed, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything Jackson had to offer and a short drive up to GTNP. We would stay here again any time!"
