The spa was way too over priced at $500hr no thanks. the tours offered by the beach by JOY adventures is the way to go. a whole day (830am to 5pm) takes you site seeing and to a mud bath, waterfall and to the owners house which is nice to dine for lunch. after that you can do snorkeling or hang out on a beach. the trip home is all you can drink rum punch. the staff are great people to make the trip really fun.cost $125 US ,No up charges just a good time.

Overall it was good. The food and drinks were 10/10 nothing we had was bad everything was great. The service however is a bit slow. Takes a while for everything but once it arrives its fresh/hot. Check in staff / process was also very good. We did not like the room we had and they took care of it the following day. All in all good hotel, not super luxurious if that's what you're looking for but way above average.

We had the most relaxing, and amazing stay at Secrets. We were a little nervous because they just opened but the restaurants were amazing, we got our food right away, and everyone was friendly. The property staff was amazing, but the food was bland and just not impressive. The alcohol selection was bottom shelf and limited. We met other people from other resorts and their experience was completely different and Breathtaking. We love the local food and wished they served more at the resort. We came all the way from America not to have an American experience.

The overall look and feel of the hotelnwas very beautiful. But LIXURY, is not found anywhere. They have a long way to go. Most of the staff seemed to be bothered when asked for basic things, but the other staff was FANTASTIC. Food was okay- good restaurants and the food was decent. Preferred club needs MAJOR work. Drinks were good, entertainment good, beach good but NOTHING stood out. If you want a nice enjoyable vacation this is a good place, but be prepared for outright ride staff and a very NOT LUXURY place.

Love the new renovations of the property. Swim up room was excellent. The dining options was 8/10. Hibachi restaurant i recommend getting reservation and sitting a regular table. If you do chef table they will skimp your food unless the boss makes it lol. This guy who kept saying he Michael Jackson needs to work on his jokes and cooking.

The Hamitsu restaurant was great! Deon was awesome! Service was NOT GOOD! The service at the other restaurants wasn't good. The servers were very slow. It took too long for the food to come out and for someone to come and take our food order. The front desk workers were unfriendly and did not provide timely luggage pick up as mentioned. The taxi fees were too high.

I did not go to the Spa but i enjoyed very much the hotel ,the beauty of the garden , the pools , the room , the view of the sea and part of the food because some of them were good with a good choice of menu but others were not . The one thing that i was not happy about is that Saturday for lunch there was no buffet at the market restaurant who was supposed to be the only restaurant with a buffet but , they decided to change it to “a la carte”, it was horrible and a mess because the staff was not train to receive this amount of people to be seated and to deliver the food . The choice of food was very poor , the wait was more than an hour to receive the very small portion of food with no etiquette and a lot of people was very mad because they could enjoy their precious time at the pool or the sea , but waiting for a bad quality of food in the middle of the day . This was unacceptable for a resort like Secret . I hope that they will work on it if they want to keep their clientele .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Resort in St. Lucia, and from the moment I arrived, it was nothing short of extraordinary. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—every corner feels like a picture-perfect escape with breathtaking views and a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food was consistently delicious, with so much variety and quality that every meal felt like a special experience. Whether it was fine dining or casual bites, the flavors and presentation were outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel completely cared for, and it added such a personal touch to the luxury experience. This resort is truly a gem in St. Lucia. If you’re looking for unmatched beauty, relaxation, and service that makes you feel like royalty, Secrets Resort is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

First of all .. what a BEAUTIFUL place! I highly recommend the JOY boat tour.. you’ll find him on the beach under the almond tree. The staff were so nice. Customer service was on point. This was our first time going to an all inclusive and it did not disappoint. We had an issue ordering room service which was a bummer because we ended up not having dinner one night because our room service never arrived. The entertainment was great. There was a steel drum band we really loved. The water was amazing and the rooms were great. We had a nice little patio. There is a lot of walking, my calves are stronger leaving than when we arrived! The food was fine, but the people making the food were so kind and you could tell they take a lot of pride in their jobs. We’d give it 3.5 out of 5
