Property was really nice with lots of room and is in a great location. They had everything you could need for your stay. Definitely recommend for any group that is looking for a good lake experience.

It was ok

The floors were so dirty we had to wear socks otherwise our feet turned black. There so many flies outside it was impossible to be out. Im talking hundreds constantly. The firepit out front had trashed burned in it. The boat ramp was in significant disrepair and the roads were tight to where it was slightly difficult towing the boat. The beds were super hard and only one living area to be in. The only good thing was the dock.

The “Windy Weekend “

The trip was planned around fishing on grand Lake. However, the wind was so bad that fishing became a very difficult thing to do. The one thing that did save the trip and made it very enjoyable with my family was the cabin. It was very nice well kept very scenic in the area and provided what we needed at the time we stayed there. The host was very informative and kept in good contact with us, and we enjoy this day. Will probably do it again sometime down the road.

Retirement Get Away

Had an Excellent Stay at the Courthouse Cottage. Flooding was a big concern but the Schartz went out of their way to accommodate us. Cannot say enough good things and we will be back for another stay soon.

The property was fantastic. It meet all our needs for a perfect family reunion/getaway. Access to the dock was fantastic and we made good use of the dock throughout the entire stay. Home was modern and lots of ample parking was a nice perk.

We had such a wonderful time at the lake house. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The slip and boat dock were incredible and where we spent the majority of our time. Highly recommend!

We had a family gathering to do some night fishing and it was the best place to stay. We had a dock for the boat to pick us up on and let us off. Highly recommend and will be returning !

Just adorable. Perfect lake decor, homey, very clean and family oriented.

We would absolutely stay here again. The homeowners are so gracious and kind, making every amenity available and even stopping by to ensure our satisfaction. Gorgeous view of the lake and plenty of space to make sure we weren't driving each other crazy. Thank you!

Really convenient to Mid-America Outdoors

We had an excellent stay here. Not even 15 minutes after arrival, there were deer grazing in the yard. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Most of our group utilized the swim dock and enjoyed the lake. The home had plenty of room for everyone and we were all comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. The main purpose of our trip was to take the boys to Lifted Truck Nationals and this property is just a short drive to Mid-America Outdoors. Super convenient to anything else you might need: gas, groceries , etc. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Great Family Getaway

This property had it all for our family lake vacation. We brought our boat with convenient boat ramp and dock on a quiet cove. We enjoyed the outside space for yard games and BBQ/S’Mores time. The house provided space for separation but still gather for family meal prep. The neighbors were sweet and welcoming. H2O sports were easy to work with for rentals. Be prepared for raccoons who still managed to visit the garbage cans at night despite multiple concrete pavers stacked on the lids! All in all we enjoyed our Lake time!

Wonderful Labor Day weekend at Grand Lake

It is a 4 star overall rating due to just a couple small things that I will communicate to the owner directly bc they are things I would expect happen with a rental over time. But overall we had such a great stay here. Erin, the owner, was fantastic to work with! She let us have an early check-in which ended up being a lifesaver. We planned to just drop off our groceries and hit the lake, but then it ended up rainy all afternoon so I am so grateful Erin let us check in early. We had fun grilling out, and cooking s'mores over the fire pit. The dock was really nice and we were able to keep our two boats there all weekend with plenty of trailer parking available in the drive It was a great weekend and we really all this property!
