"Great location next to trains and tram. Hallways need some tidying up as there was a spill outside my room when I checked in and was still there 4 days later."

"Very friendly, helpful staff who dealt with any issues promptly, such as the safe needing new batteries. The hotel was very clean and well-situated near the river, the city centre and various transport stops. The breakfast room was a little cramped but the food itself was very nice and we liked the eco-friendly ethos of the hotel. You have to be aware, however, that it can be very noisy at night, as some of the bars are open until very late."
