Very clean and modern. Some design hiccups to be worked out (no ventilation in bathe rooms, some lighting issues etc). Good location in nice and safe neighborhood. Would recommend.

We stayed for 13 nights due to a family situation in Guadalajara. The room was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. The TV was the largest I've seen in a hotel room. We did not deal much with the staff, but the room was cleaned when we asked and the front desk handled a few situations that arose very professionally. Definitely 5 stars. We will stay again on our next trip.

Pros: super clean, great location close to many restaurants, quiet, safe neighborhood, strong ac, stocked mini bar, really comfy bed. Cons: No full length mirror, bar not open and cafe still under construction, broken soap dispenser, broken toilet seat, no side tables for bed. The TV was broken and had to get up to turn it on and off and super loud even at lowest volume. Luxury price but no luxury extras like hair dryer, robes, or real glassware.

Got to experience this hotel as its opening its doors, it beautiful and the staff was super helpful only thing they need are blow dryers asides that I will definitely be going back loved everything about this hotel thank you for being so welcoming and helpful

Cuando me hospedé, el hotel llevaba muy pocos días operando. Dicho esto, hay varios aspectos que deben mejorar para que la experiencia esté a la altura del diseño y la propuesta del lugar. El hotel es muy bonito, amplio y agradable, pero todavía le falta el nivel de refinamiento que normalmente ofrece una cadena hotelera más madura. En mi habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Lo reporté cerca de la medianoche, pero ya no había personal disponible para revisarlo. La cama es extremadamente suave, cuando normalmente los hoteles optan por una firmeza media para resultar cómodos para un mayor número de huéspedes. Las almohadas también son un punto importante a mejorar: aunque se ven muy bien, no resultan cómodas para dormir. Un hotel de esta categoría debería ofrecer al menos dos tipos de almohadas —firmes y suaves—, además de contar con opciones adicionales bajo solicitud. Por último, la silla del área de trabajo es rígida, de madera y sin soporte. Es estética, pero resulta incómoda después de unos 30 minutos trabajando con una laptop. Sería recomendable encontrar un mejor equilibrio entre diseño y funcionalidad. En general, es un hotel con mucho potencial, pero necesita afinar estos detalles para que la experiencia esté a la altura de sus instalaciones.

De verdad me sorprendió . Todo está nuevo la ubicación es buena porque está a unas cuadras de el centro y la Minerva pero no en una calle ruidosa . La cama y los blancos de muy buena calidad . Nos trataron muy bien. Y seguramente regresaremos

Un hotel muy cómodo y está muy bien decorado. Las habitaciones están súper amplias y las camas son deliciosas. Y sin dejar de lado la alberca que está muy a gusto para este calor. Tiene una excelente ubicación y hay muchos restaurantes muy cerca. Un gran lugar para quedarse en Guadalajara.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Quedamos encantados con nuestra estancia gracias por tantos detalles con la celebración de nuestro aniversario. La alberca y el bar son espectaculares, deliciosos las camas. Gracias a los chicos de recepción por todo. Súper recomendable la zona para hacer cosas caminando.
