"The room was spotlessly clean but some of the wooden furniture has seen better days and needs replacing. The room was good but didn’t look like the website photos. Breakfast was grab and go and consisted of cakes and bagels, oats cereal and coffee only."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was worth every penny!! I had only one issue and that might have been my own fault. I booked a partial ocean view overlooking the pool, the photo looked like it was on the 2nd floor, for the perfect ocean view. I should have double checked that prior to booking! The room was sadly on the first floor, with a limited view of the ocean, and just a little too close to people by the pool. I went to the front desk and was pleased to be able to upgrade to a full ocean view on the 2nd floor, for a minimal $30.00. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was super yummy. The room had everything you need and the bed was very comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and they had Thursday night music on the bluff, and wine tasting. We had a hard time leaving the balcony and the ocean view, and the pelicans flying right infront of us. We will certainly come back to The Inn at the Cove, when we return to Pismo Beach next year, maybe even book two nights, its that nice."

"Everything was awesome about this property except when we woke up and slid on our shoes and stepped on a old nail sticking up out of the floor near the chair in our room. Luckily it only ripped a small section of my sons sandals. We let the front desk know as we went down to enjoy breakfast and they were quick to head up to the room to check on it. So that was awesome of them. Shows they care. It scared my kid a bit, so we left at 7:30am but all in all it was a good place to stay. He does want a new pair of sandals now though. Lol"
