Toothbrush kit is charged extra and we were never informed. they didn't have change at the front desk, we had to fish out for dimes to pay them 5 dollars for a poorly made toothbrush and a small toothpaste. Went to eat breakfast at 8:30am they had no more orange juice, asked the only waiter I saw. Said that was it for the juice, they weren't bringing out more. In the menu it said a variety of bread. they only had 2 kinds of store-bought loaf bread.

Realmente terrible porque te quieren cobrar cosas que no son además en la tarifa que yo estoy cancelando cancelo 67 dólares aquí en expedia y adicionalmente me cobraron siete con 33 allá entiendo que por el IVA pero la factura en vez de hacermela por 74 me la hacen por 61 dólares causándome un perjuicio total para mí ya que eso se lo maneja mediante una empresa

La habitación estaba bien, aunque había un poco de mal olor, creo que de las cañerías. La cama muy cómoda. El baño amplio y bien abastecido. El oe3osbal magnífico. Y en el restaurante comí un lomo a la pimienta excelente, el desayuno incluido era correcto.

Me tocó la torre nueva y todo estaba muy limpio, nada de olor a humedad. Perfecto para ir por negocios y para ir de paseo ya que está super cerca de un sector comercial y ejecutivo. Solo tener en cuenta que si vas de paseo y se pretende dormir hasta tarde, las cortinas no lo permiten pues ingresa bastante luz. Tienen parqueo privado.
