This hotel is nice, it was very clean and the room was spacious enough for a family of 4. It didn't feel tight like other places. The beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Check in was great. Jasmine was incredibly helpful, despite my non existent Spanish. Hotel management should be proud of her. Security is great. Really liked that you needed a key card to use the elevator. On a negative note, the bathroom had not been completely cleaned which has detracted from our otherwise positive experience

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the employees were friendly. I booked two rooms and we had trouble with the air conditioning in one room the first day it was blowing hot air and they had to change it for another one. On the second day the air conditioning started having trouble in the other room and then it also started blowing hot air. It got so hot we had to turn it off. We had trouble with parking every night because there weren't enough for everyone.

Es un aberración contra el medio ambiente. El hotel es un hotel promedio para el fin que uno tiene de hospedarse ahí para solo pasar una o dos noches. Lo que esta muy mal es que se promocionen como un hotel 4 estrellas cuando en realidad solo es de 3. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, apretadas. Las pudieron hacer fácilmente 1 metro de largo más amplias cuando lo construyeron. El problema es que dicen ser 4 estrellas, si se promocionaran como 3 las habitaciones serían de un tamaño aceptable. El desayuno es bastante insípido pero adecuado. Veo pésimo que absolutamente todo en el desayuno es desechable. Platos, Vasos, Cubiertos. todo. Todo va a la basura todos los días. El impacto al medio ambiente es extremo. Una inconciencia total. Es un hotel sin alberca. Cosa rara para un hotel 4 estrellas que esta en la costa muchas veces a 45-50 grados. Por lo mismo no te ofrecen un servicio de toallas, sin embargo deberían ofrecértelas o bien prestarte una del hotel en caso de que quieras salir a la playa. Pedí una y la recepcionista me dijo tontamente que no lo podía hacer porque eran propiedad del hotel. A caray y entonces de quien mas podrían ser. Por eso la pedí. No le dije regálame una toalla. Por supuesto que la iba a devolver. La pude tomar simplemente del cuarto y regresarla, pero quise hacer las cosas correctamente. En fin. el hotel cumple su fin. No es excepcional. Me molesto mucho el impacto al medio ambiente. Yo no me volvería a hospedar ahí núnca.
