Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were several disappointing issues. We had to call and ask for a broom because one wasn’t provided, making it difficult to keep the floors clean. The toilet seats were scratched and worn, the pots and pans were heavily scratched and should be replaced, and the kitchen was missing many basic utensils needed to cook. There were also no kid-friendly dishes or cups, which made traveling with young children more difficult.For a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo, we were surprised that none of the showers had bathmats outside of them. The primary bathroom only had mats in front of the sinks, and the other two bathrooms didn’t have any floor mats at all. We ended up laying towels on the floor outside the showers to prevent slipping, which was a safety concern.Overall, the condo felt minimally stocked, and many basic household essentials that guests would reasonably expect in a vacation rental were either missing or in poor condition. A little more attention to maintenance and providing simple conveniences would make a significant difference in the guest experience.That said, there were definitely positives. The view from the condo was beautiful, and the pool was great for families with young children. The zero-entry design gradually gets deeper, making it a fun and safe option for little ones to enjoy.
