✔️ Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 10 guests.
✔️ Pet Policy: One dog allowed with prior approval and a $150 fee.
✔️ No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
✔️ No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
✔️ Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.
✔️ Cleaning: Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your comfort.
BOOKING POLICY:
A 25% Deposit is due at booking with balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Deposits are fully refundable (less $99 cancellation fee) if cancelled 45 days before arrival.
A $200 security deposit hold (no funds are actually taken) is placed on your card 3 days before arrival, and released 5 days after departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances affecting your trip. No refunds will be given for weather, natural disasters, or travel delays.
