This lovely high-rise condo, which occupies the east corner of Crystal Tower's 14th floor, offers majestic views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location across the street from the beach! Come home each afternoon to relax on the private balcony, help prepare dinner at the kitchen's bar counter, and enjoy such fantastic on-site amenities as multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a lazy river, a fitness center, a hot tub and sauna, a beachfront boardwalk, and grilling areas.
This condo is located in Crystal Tower, just across an air-conditioned sky bridge from the beach. The property sits half a mile west of the heart of Gulf Shores and Highway 59, which is home to such family-friendly attractions as Waterville USA and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Spend a morning exploring the natural wonders of Gulf State Park (two miles east), hit the links at the Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club (eight miles west), time your visit to attend the Hangout Music Festival or the Annual Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, and dine on excellent local seafood at nearby restaurants that include The Hangout and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails. The Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and water sports rentals as well.
THINGS TO KNOW
Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.
This condo allows monthly reservations from November 1 to March 15.
The property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
