BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 Passes included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Was just like the pictures, very clean and quiet perfect for our family vacation. Location was wonderful beautiful views and was nice to be able to walk right on the beach. Can't wait to go back.

Great location... Average condo

We loved the location and area, along with the beautiful view. However, I'm not sure that we'd stay here again. The cleaning was sub-par...The patio had trash all over it and a dirty/sticky table (clearly hadn't been cleaned) and there was hair all over the bathrooms. We would have reached out to the property manager about it but they weren't responding to messages, so it wasn't worth the effort and easier to just do it ourselves. Although our boys were pumped about the beach toys and games/puzzles, the condo just feels dated and run-down. The patio flooring is coming off so there are tiny pebbles everywhere. The shower is permanently stained and the couches/chairs are faded and stained. The coffee pot also needs replaced.

Girls' Vacay

Although we usually have 4 on our trips, circumstances reduced it to 3. First, what a great place! Before expanding I must say it was unexpected to be asked to pay $50 per hour to check-in early on the day we arrived. I've never had to do that. Regardless, the property was as described and after the first few days we met people who have returned year after year. We can see why. Being right on the pristine Gulf beaches is amazing. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for us. And the balcony looked right over the Gulf. We were within walking distance of a great place to eat; Sea and Suds. Convenient access to groceries, liquor and more good food was exactly what we wanted. Thanks Gulf Shores! To anyone going, get The Bushwaker drink as often as you can and at as many places aa possible; dont forget to add a topper.

Great location with minor issue

We arrived just after 5 pm, and the access code didn't work. I called, sent an email, and a chat to the property manager. In the meantime, we went to the security guard with our issue and he was able to contact someone for us. I received a call about the access code 1 1/2 hours later. The email and chat were not answered until 1 am. If the security guard had not been able to help us, it would have been a long wait. The condo was as described. It has a great view and a great location. We walked to most restaurants and venues during our stay.

The rooms were really small for a 3 bedroom. The living room area did not accommodate 6 adults. The condo was very outdated. The décor didn't match and wasn't even beachy themed in some area It just wasn't what it appeared in the listing. Overall it was just okay but we needed more room. We couldn't even all sit together in the living area. Balcony also was very small.

Good location/cute place

This place is the perfecr spot, very nice pool, beach very close resturants and shops in walking distance. The condo is cute, but needs some upfates. The back door was very hard to open and didnt lock properly. The couch was nasty, needs a new one. Even if it were cleaned, it is briken down. Tvs in the bedrooms didnt work, and after contacting office, it took 2 days to get someone to call us bk, and by that time it was our last night. Other than this, thid beds were comfortable and no other issues. Just a little overpriced for the quality of the condo conditions.

Not enough space for issues

Upon arrival, the place was nice, but some glaring things were the large dent in the bottom of the fridge door, the worn/stained couch and stains on all of the dining room chairs. As we began putting things away, I walked into the master bed/bath and noticed that the toilet had urine and toilet paper in it, and the fresh toilet paper roll was open and then looked like it tried to be put back together. That right there was very upsetting and I began to notice that the tubs were not clean, there were crumbs on top of the fridge (my husband noticed that…he’s tall). My husband then pulled out a glass to have a drink and it was dirty, it had gunk in it (almost like dried up pop or something stuck/stained at the bottom of the wine glass). The main bathroom, the bottom of the door is broken (chipping/hole in it). One thing that also screams “I don’t care” or “it’s not my job” is that there are 4 lights out in the bathrooms, 3 lights in the main bathroom and 1 light in the master bathroom. How does that go unnoticed and not fixed. I called your company and I feel that I received less than stellar service. I felt that no one was listening to me or trying to work out options I thought would be fair for what we walked into. No one would make phone calls, to management, that should have been made. I understand it was a Saturday evening and no one wants to have to deal with these things, but you and your staff are in the hospitality business and those are the things that unfortunately

Great Location

Condo was ok..was somewhat clean! The showers and hardware was old and some rusty hardware, kinda made it look dirty. The couch needs a good steam clean, had stains and was pretty dirty and the coffee pot was disgusting it just needs to be replaced! Beds were comfortable! The condo was in the heart of everything! Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance! For what we paid, we could have gotten better I feel! It wasn’t terrible but wouldn’t stay at this condo again.

Location was great and unit was as listed. Had issues with noise with unit above us. Lots of late night party noise. Door code given was also incorrect but was able to reach someone who provided alternative code.

Excellent facility

Facility, location, all accommodations were excellent. The only suggestion I could make is to have non- slip mats or stickers in the tubs and a few more bath towels. We only had two in the master bath and had to wash daily. Otherwise all was awesome. I highly recommend this facility and will definitely stay again!!!

Elevator Woe's

The Elevators both shut down on the arrival day and everyone had to haul all gear up the steps. The elevators stayed down for two days of the stay which was very unpleasant. The owners of the property need to do some extensive upgrading of everything. The deferred maintanence on this property is ugly.

Wonderful vacation.

A great 2-week getaway. My husband and I were there for 2 weeks. We had our son, daughter-in-law, and 12-year-old grandson were there the entire first week. Best time ever being at the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Just as described.

The property was just as described. Clean and well laid out. Location was great! I was disappointed that a couple of beach chairs or beach towels were not provided. Simple, easy add that would have made this a perfect 10.
