From the 6th floor, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as enjoy watching the dolphins, shrimp boats trolling out in the Gulf, and large cargo ships coming and going from the Mobile shipping channel right from your balcony. You have access to two lovely saltwater pools and hot tubs surrounded by lush tropical palms that overlook the Gulf. You also have access to the aerobic workout facility located on the first floor of the building. Step out and feel the salty breeze and view the gorgeous sunsets from the oversized balcony with comfortable balcony furniture.
The kitchen is open to the family room and is incredibly well appointed with a new dishwasher, microwave, new ice maker, refrigerator, and electric stove. The kitchen has recently been updated to include new granite countertops, stainless sink, and new cupboard doors. The kitchen is very well equipped including Revere stainless steel pots/pans, T-Fal cookware, crock-pot, pasta and mixing bowls, four slice-toaster, blender, hand mixer, a personal Keurig coffee maker, a regular drip Black & Decker coffee maker and all the tools and gadgets for cooking a complete meal. The dining room table has seating for four people, with two stools at the snack bar. The family room has seating for six people, with a flat screen TV and BlueRay DVD player. The sofa bed has a brand new memory foam mattress making it very comfortable.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with upscale bedding, flat screen TV, black out curtains, and your own master full size-bathroom. There are two built-in, x-long bunk beds in the hall across from the full size guest bath. They are big enough for adults and the kids love them. All ceiling fans and light fixtures are new with LED lighting. Nothing has been overlooked in this luxurious condo. Pack light because there is a full-size washer and new dryer in the condo.
