Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.
First Floor (2 flights of stairs, no elevator)


Parking:
This condo has its own designated parking space marked 500 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the first floor in the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

If you are looking for right on the beach and close to all the restaurants, look no further. This condo is perfect. It's right on the beach. It has everything you could need during your stay. The condo was clean and well maintained.

Gulf Shores Unit 500

We had a fantastic visit! With the easy access to the beach and the beautiful weather, the family enjoyed the lazy days of summer swimming in the gulf, looking for seashells, and taking sunset strolls along the shore. Thanks again for the beautiful accommodations and the cleanliness of the complex.

Perfect Location

Everything from the check in to check out was wonderful with this property and the owner!! The condo was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy and convenient. The short walk to the beach was great!! I loved the private access which cut down on the number of people back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

10 years coming to the gulf and this property was ideal. Close to beach and away from busy areas. Condo was good wish water pressure was higher but everything else was good. Fast response by owner. Great location! Will stay again

The Beach Front is the perfect place to stay! It’s just a few steps to the white sandy beach of Gulf Shores! We love how close this property is to restaurants, convenient stores and more yet is not overly crowded on the beach. The condo is cute clean and comfortable!! Nice Beachfront Property!

This property was just a few feet away from the beach. It was just big enough for our family to stay had all the necessities for us to feel like home - washer and dryer, refrigerator and dishes-pans-silverware. It was not far from the main strip in Gulf Shores. The beach was quiet and not a lot of people passed through. We enjoyed this trip and this property will stay again!!

Well we we're dissatisfied with quite a few aspects of this property. The TV on bedroom 2 was inoperable. The bathroom door continuously closed on me while I was shaving. Trying to navigate to the door in bedroom #2 I ran into it. Coffmaker leaked

Great place, very close to beach.

Great place. Great communication with the owner. My only complaint is that cooking was difficult since there wasn’t even salt and pepper available in the condo. (Is this a post covid thing?) I had to buy literally everything but the pans. Having said that I would still stay again and even recommend the condo.

It was my impression we had beach front condo....meaning to me we had a view of the entire beachfront from our front door which was not the case. We could open our door and look out to the other condos and small view between posts and gazebo of the beach.

Right on the Beach

We have stayed at the Beach Front before, so we knew we liked the location. People there are friendly, you are steps from the beach, and only a couple miles from Gulf State Park. The unit is well stocked with things you will need. The cleaning service was lacking, but we are getting used to cleaning when we check in. The counter was sticky and a french fry and some chocolate chips on the floor. I would recommend this unit and location.

Please have cleaning crew pay attention to washer and dryer. Lots of sand on lid of washer and inside of dryer. I had to clean them inside out before using. The condo is in good location, easy access to beach and close to restaurants and grocery.
