Upon entering this unit, the first thing you'll notice is the upscale coastal décor and incredible attention to detail. Luxury and comfort abound, and you’ll be tempted to sit down and take it all in…until you see the view. You will be completely captivated by the breathtaking views from the 12th floor, where the expansive balcony offers the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the afternoons, and enjoy a cocktail in the evening.

Guests at Lighthouse enjoy 635 feet of private beach just outside your door, perfect for playing in the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, building sand castles, searching for seashells, and soaking up the sun on sugar-white sands. In the summer months, beach service is available with umbrellas, chairs, and recreational equipment for an additional charge.

The Lighthouse also offers a prime location, within walking distance of some of the best dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Unit amenities include:

• Access to the gulf-front balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home, with an upgraded kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.

• Drip coffee maker and Keurig provided

• Dining room has seating for six at the table and four barstools at the bar for additional seating

• Full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit

• USB connective devices in most of the rooms, for charging or amplifying electronics

• The living area features a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features a double vanity with a large jetted tub and a separate shower.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The bunk room has twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guests must purchase a parking pass at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash is not accepted).

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
