About Cook House
Laguna Key is a gated, ultra-luxury community situated at the end of Gulf Shores’ west beach. Within the community, lies Cook House, a spacious, 5-bedroom home with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Enjoy catching rays on one of the outdoor decks or relaxing to the sounds of nature from the screened back porch.
At Cook House, guests will enjoy easy beach access via a private boardwalk with seating and a covered pavilion. From here, guests can relax in the most secluded area of West Beach, away from the crowds and noise with nothing but the sound of the waves!
In the center of the neighborhood, a huge community pool offers a refreshing way to spend an afternoon. With a fountain, plenty of chairs for lounging or having lunch, and restrooms, the pool area offers everything needed for a wonderful swim! Laguna Key also offers tennis courts and a two-story observation deck from which to enjoy the view!
Inside Cook House guests will find 3 levels of living space. Upon entering the lower floor, Bedroom 2 is on the right and offers guests a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a large garden tub and walk-in shower, as well as access to the covered deck with a relaxing porch swing to enjoy morning coffee. Finishing out the lower level are 2 more bedrooms across the hall, Bedroom 3 is on the left with a queen bed, TV, full en-suite bathroom, and access to the covered deck. Adjacent to this bedroom is bedroom 4, featuring a queen bed, TV, and en-suite full bathroom. This home has five normal beds, one twin futon, and a sofa sleeper, offering space for 13 to sleep comfortably.
On the main floor, guests will find the main living area which features gulf views, tasteful decor, and plenty of seating. Dine at one of two tables and enjoy views all around, or dine at the bar with four additional seats. Off the living area is a spacious kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and cooking and dining essentials to give guests the comfort of home. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
Also on the main floor, the spacious master bedroom is an oasis! It features a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, a large TV, and a private balcony! The master suite also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
The upper floor features a loft area with full and twin beds equipped to sleep 3, as well as a TV and en-suite bathroom.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
