Enjoy a luxurious and relaxing stay at Gulf Place 303, perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout. You will be within walking distance of top restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning Gulf views that make every moment unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

The condo was BEAUTIFUL, the views were AMAZING! We were skeptical at first about the pool being small, but honestly it was PERFECT. The Host was very friendly and communicated well.

Very nice place. What we really liked was there was no building to look at off our balcony, just ocean and green grass. The Hide Out right across the street was a bonus. Everything you need is within walking distance

Best stay on the gulf!

This was the most ideal place to stay on the gulf. We have been many times and never knew this place existed, but wish we had. It was perfect with amazing views. Must book it!

New Year Getaway

This was the perfect property for a New Years getaway. It was walking distance to several restaurants. The view was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Can't beat the location to everything. Nice that each bedroom has a balcony view that connect with each other. The additonal room with trundles was a plus for us. The parking situation was no problem. We have stayed at other high rise condos that were a nightmare to park. The beach was not over crowded. Overall great place for large families or mutli family vacation.

Easter week with family

Great location if you want to be close to beach a bar/ restaurant. Nice rooftop pool. Neat place for kids to play. Updated decor. King beds and bathrooms in all three rooms was really nice.

Perfect Location and Condo

We had a great stay in Gulf Shores, despite the weather not being the best. This property was perfect for two families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, as well as the game room. The beach was steps away, and you could walk to multiple places to eat or get ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Location location location

Th relocation is perfect to open your patio doors and listen the music at the hangout. Million dollar views from kitchen and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Would come back!

Relaxing

Was a relaxing trip. Great location being next to hangout was nice. Great place for people watching. Loved the fact it was a small building. Roof top pull was really nice. Lots of room. The security was not very friendly the parking situations was not ideal.

Martin/Smith Family Vacation

We had the Martin family from Texas meet us (Smith family) for vacation together. Betsy was my contact and was so quick with responses for the questions we had to start our vacation. Wonderful condo and the rooftop pool/game room was spot on. We will reserve a condo again once we get dates set for our next vacation!

Fun girls trip

Me and two of my friends went down for my birthday and we loved the condo. It was nice layout and good amount of space. It was also really cute and very clean. We had a minor issue with a bathroom but maintenance came to fix it that day. I would definitely recommend to anyone. There was a lot to do around the area so you could also walk around and beach access was so close.

We ran into a couple issues with room during our stay. One sink had a broken back knob, our room had a hole in wall from door handle, there was cockroach in room, there was a definite patch job already done in hall that was clearly seen. Perfect walk to beach and perfect view of beach from all rooms. Kid friendly.

Will Stay Again!

We loved our stay at Gulf Place 303! It was very clean and homey and there was not a better view or location. We barely had to drive anywhere, which was fantastic with small children. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed - we cooked several meals. The best part was not having to do laundry when we got home because we were able to do it all at the condo before we left! The customer service was second to none from reservation to check-out. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay an extra night. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The space was great! So convenient to walk to the hangout and other restaurants and shopping without fighting for parking! It was easy to get to the beach (and the beach wasn’t crowded). We loved the rooftop pool and the little playground just outside. The condo building was really nice-only 13 units in the building so it was easy to get an elevator. We like to cook and had most of our meals in. Next time we will bring more kitchen supplies (extra pot holders, kitchen towels, good knives, and #4 cone coffee filters-all of the stores we checked were out of those!). We will definitely rent here again!

Pros:The views were great as was the location! Plenty of space and just about everything we needed for our quick weekend vacay Cons: odor in the hall and condo unit. Strong bleach smell covering up underlying odor. The lamps didn't have light bulbs. Recommendations: some shade up in the pool area…at least one table with an umbRella would've been perfect. Door stops…several of the rooms had holes in the wall where the door knobs had pushed through the drywall. We would recommend this place for anyone visiting Gulf Shores and are definitely planning on coming back!

Great facility

All went well. Too much noise in early morning as state maintenance equipment started up early. Gave recommendations to unit mgr in writing before we left. Oh, would be nice to have the windows cleaned inside and out before guests arrive. Couldn’t quite master the air cond. controls...but managed. Thought price was steep...but then supply and demand dictates.

Executive Retreat

I utilized this location as an executive strategic planning session over a three night two day stay. It was perfect and a beautiful view of the ocean as we set at the table with our laptops to brainstorm! One suggestion would to be to bring extension cords for your laptops… only two plugs to access from the table and neither are close enough. Just a suggestion if you use it for business working retreat. The team loved it! Restaurants and general stores are within walking distance! Excellent location… If there’s a negative it’s where you have to park your vehicle. That’s a little cumbersome but still was within walking distance. We will be back! Enjoyed the stay and the location! Thanks for having us!

Recent Stay

Upon entering our condo,there was a sour odor throughout the entire place. It came close to smelling like urine. It did subside after the central unit ran,for a couple of hours.The offloading of our belongings,on a busy road; was a bit much. Our neighbors were very loud,early in the morning, while some of us were still trying to get sleep. It's as if they were in the bed with us. That's how clear we could hear them. As our bedroom wall,met with their balcony. However,the condo is beautiful. We were very comfortable,other than being watched as we unloaded our things. The place is in a very exceptional area. The view is phenomenal. The decor is beautiful. The balcony space is more than we could ask for. We also love the convenience of the store,beneath us. I'm happy a good bit of the attractions we were interested in,are walking distance. As parking across the street was a bit much,for me; after having ankle repair. All in all,we'd stay again,but would hope for neighbors who use "morning voices".
