Nice place

Overall the Condo was nice. It worked pretty well for our family of 4. We locked one of the doors to the main bathroom making it a on suite for the master bedroom. The half bathroom was fine for our kids to use at night as it was right across from their room. Slight improvements would have helped. The shower curtains on a double hook holder would have been better than two curtains on the same hooks. They didn’t stay in place well. Some hangers in the closets. There was no place to hang anything like a coat. More places to hang towels. One bar in the one full bathroom is not enough for a family of four. There are lots of doors so over the door hooks or anything would have helped keep towels separate and off the floor. We walked the beach every morning. The coffee machine does both k-cups and ground coffee which was nice. TVs were easy to operate. Beds were pretty comfortable, location was beautiful and easy to get to fun places and good restaurants.

Great place to stay

We loved this place. My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. It is close to everything and right across the street from a convenience store. It is a smaller facility so there was not a ton of people on the beach and was very relaxing.

All good except parking is terrible. Be aware only 1 spot per condo. How do you have a condo that sleeps 7 and only 1 parking space?

Our Memorial Day weekend

Review for Our Condo Stay **Pros:** 1. **Cleanliness**: The condo was exceptionally clean, aside from the dirty dishes. 2. **Space and Amenities**: Spacious with great amenities. 3. **Comfort**: The master bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable – best night's sleep ever. 4. **Convenient Access**: Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. 5. **Beach Access**: Immediate and close access to the beach. 6. **Grills**: Grills on the property were a nice touch. 7. **Pool and Hot Tub**: Both were amazing and well-maintained. 8. **Friendly Patrons**: Other guests were kind and courteous. **Cons:** 1. **Dirty Dishes**: Upon arrival, we found that dishes had not been run through the dishwasher. Dirty cups, plates, silverware, and an unclean coffee pot were put back in the cabinets. It was clear that the cleaners must have noticed this but still placed the dirty items away. 2. **Parking**: The parking rules were strict and inconvenient for our large family with two cars. Despite having visitor parking on-site, we received a written warning and had to pay $50 to park across the street. 3. **Visitor Parking Issues**: We were informed that visitors could use the assigned visitor parking, but when my parents visited, they received a warning. The security staff was incredibly rude when we called for clarification. 4. **Pet Policy**: Although no pets are allowed, a guest had a dog in the pool area, and we could hear dogs barking at night. 5. **Noise Levels**: Noise from the third fl

Amazing getaway

The property was so perfect. I may have cried when we walked and saw how beautiful it was. It was spotless, and honestly we were a little scared to use anything, it was so pristine. Pool and hot tub was very nice too. The access to the beach was so convenient also. The property was also very quiet, even though we were there during Spring Break. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we ever travel to Gulf Shores again.

February vacation

Overall we had a nice stay, parking was an issue at first but the GM worked it out for us. He was very attentive and helpful.
