Ideal for families, the condo boasts two spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features a full-size/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed for versatile accommodations. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. Satellite TV and internet access are available for entertainment when you're not at the beach. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit. For winter stays during January and February, reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

The Property is Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
Clear policies are in place, including the age requirement, photo ID at check-in, and provisions for pets. Dogs are welcome, subject to a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet, allowing for up to two dogs.
