Southern Sands is now entirely SMOKE-FREE; there is a covered, designated smoking area next to the BBQ area. No smoking allowed anywhere else, including balconies.

Prime location in the heart of Gulf Shores and easy walking to popular downtown sites! Southern Sands is the ideal spot for famililes! Low density complex - only 18 units - complex is directly on the beach. Island Outfitters directly across the street. Ice cream/snowcone/deli store 1/2 block away!
