One parking pass is purchased with your reservation. If you need a second pass the HOA charges $35. If needed, please let us know and we will charge you for the second and have it at the condominium on the day of your check-in.

Pets are not allowed excluding service animals and emotional support animals. Both types will need the proper certificate showing the animal is registered and how they are registered. No deposit is required for service animals. Emotional support animal owners will be charged a refundable $500 deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout once no damage has been verified. If there is damage the remainder of the $500 will be refunded after repairs have been made.
