Andrew's Sandbox's namesake is my oldest son, now a freshman in college. You'll love the Sandbox's 6 bedrooms (5 up and 1 down) and 6, count 'em, 6 bathrooms (4 up and 2 down). Yowsa!

There's a sitting room, living room, dining room, and well-furnished kitchen. Andrew's Sandbox even has a pool sheltered beneath the home!

Other amenities include televisions, DVD players, cable, high speed internet, master bath, central air, ceiling fans throughout, TWO refrigerators with ice makers, washer dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Outside showers and picnic table. Also, new wifi mesh network. More consistent coverage throughout the home! (Still can't guarantee the local cable company provision, but if its working, it'll work everywhere!).

Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82-84' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a per night surcharge for length of stay (gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Any online quote will show the optional fee and its current pricing. You may also add it after booking by simply requesting the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too.

Snowbirds welcome. Up to 80% off. Inquire.No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!

We loved Andrew's Sandbox!

Me and my boys decided to do a last minute beach trip, I typically like to stay at a beach house because of the crowds and it's easier with kids. Luickly we ran into this house and booked it. It was very convenient and was a great location. They responded very quickly considering we cooked it as we were on the way there lol. We enjoyed out stay and will 100 percent come back and recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful time at Andrews Sandbox

We had the best time! Thank you so much for having us. It was clear you guys also just completed a lot of work as the paint really fresh AND a lot of the furnishings seemed new. We loved it. Can't wait to come back in the future. Oh, and we loved all the messages as well as the fast replies on any questions. Fantastic!

Great Thanksgiving trip!

Super Nice Place

Great long pandemic break!

We had a great time at Andrew's Sandbox. It was so nice to be right on the beach. We biked almost everyday, and stored the bikes by the heated pool. This was what we all needed!

Perfect beach house for my family!

Andrew's Sandbox was the perfect beach house for my family. The house is laid out very well and very clean. Plenty of room for the whole family. The heated pool was the icing on the cake as a cold front came through while we were there so it saved the vacation being able to still have the kids swim! Owner is very responsive and great to work with.

Great house for large family

Our family of 17 ( 8 adults, 9 kids ages 1-14) loved the layout of this house. There were enough rooms for all the heads of the families to have a room and the kids love the bunkbed rooms. Plenty of bathrooms, a large eating area, beach access, and the pool gave everyone a place to hangout, relax, and enjoy our first extended family spring break.

Loved the house and the location!!!!!

This was an awesome vacation with my kids (as my 3 year old granddaughter would say "THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!") The house was perfect. We did have rain everyday ugh but the pool was a hit. The kids swam everyday :) We will be booking with you again in the future. Loved the house and the location!!!!! I will check availability for next year! Enjoyed the heated pool

It was our family staying on the beach between Christmas and new years. We are grandma and grandpa and our three children and their spouses and our grand children were with us. Andrew's Sandbox had the most beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed just looking out the 2 extra large windows. The Kids and grandkids loved swimming in the heated pool. We enjoyed having the beach a few steps away. We took advantage of all of us being together and had professional pictures. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Perfect for our needs!

As a group your home was perfect for our needs. We stretched out in the living room and got a ton of training done. Spent the afternoons on the beach or just hanging out at the pool or on the deck watching the waves. As a doctors office, we have not had much down time. We have worked non stop with Covid and finally had to get away. If in the future we get our boss talked into another trip, I will always say the beach and look for your home as a go to. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home.

Beautiful large beach front home!

Andrew's Sandbox is a beautiful beachfront home in an excellent location! Our large family found this home spacious and comfortable! Beach access was very easy as it's right out your door. My older parents could easily walk out to join their grandchildren on the beach. After swimming in the Gulf, collecting seashells, and enjoying seeing dolphins, we would all swim in the heated pool. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool with plenty of chairs on the patio for others to hangout. The two refrigerators in the kitchen provided plenty of room for food and drinks! We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be returning!

Pool issues

The house was great, had plenty of room and loved the location. Only problem we had was with the pool, we were there for 5 days before anyone showed up to clean it and only happened after I called rental service. I understand it's a busy time with several locations to maintain but there should at least be a net handy to clean the bugs off the top of the water.

Great!

Great! Location, Location, Location then there is the pool. You are steps away from the beach just walk down the private path. Then when it is too hot just go under the deck where it is shaded and there is the pool. The kids all had a great time. The house's decor is at first a little underwhelming then you realize it is a beach house designed for kids and family. The size was great. We had 17 total with 9 kids and there were plenty of room to sleep and also even when we were all in the house there was still plenty of room. Even when we were all eating together. we had a couple of minor problems and the owners responded very quickly and got everything taken care of. We would stay here again.
