For Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Love this unit!

This unit is perfect for the amount of people we had! The extra bedroom is small but perfect for when the kids are finally ready for bed. View is beautiful and everything is close by! We will be back ☺️

Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The zero entry pool was perfect for our grandson! Everything was clean and even though a hairdryer was not provided, the housekeeper brought us one. I would suggest buying new skillets for the kitchen due to their wear. It was the perfect height to look over the beautiful ocean and be facing the morning sun.

Lighthouse 417

Wonderful beach view, comfortable beds, and ALL of the kitchen extras that we could have asked for! No worries for loosing keys or getting locked out because of the keypad lock! The Ad says non smoking room, but the whole complex is non smoking. Not a game changer for us, just be prepared to go downstairs if you smoke. Our stay here was wonderful and hassle free!

Perfect View

I would have given 5 stars however there were two issues. We were greeted with an awful sewer smell that stayed the duration of our visit. We picked up air freshener so it helped. The other issue was the tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all and the living room was streaming only. That being said the view was phenomenal. Access to the beach was great! Beach was clean and never crowded. We would stay here again!

Fall break trip

We have never been to Gulf shores before we had to change our destination last minute after the hurricanes hit Tampa area. We were very pleased with our entire stay. The room was as advertised, clean, came with starter supplies for kitchen/bathroom and plenty of shower towels available. Almost every kitchen appliance was also available even two different types of coffee machines depending on if you brought grounds or k-cups. Only thing we thought was missing was a strainer when we needed to empty grease, we just did our best. The weather was great and with the time of year it wasn't super packed and it made it very relaxing at the pools and hottub at night. Those were open until 1030 pm which was nice. Would recommend staying here and will hopefully be in the future.

Great room but odor in kitchen

Overall the condo was great. View was amazing, main bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. When we opened the door there was a bad smell though. We traced it to the kitchen, possibly the garbage disposal. We didn’t call anyone since we were only staying 3 nights and planned to be on the beach. We did use air freshener and tried to make it go away. Property management was great. Texted and responded as needed. Overall a good place to stay.

The property management staff was very helpful. The condo was nice and clean. However, the property listing on the VRBO site was completely accurate. Yes, there was parking sites available, but no where in the listing it note that an additional charge would be required. Just be upfront with the pricing.

Great place to stay with family in gulf shores

Large nice condominium right off the main strip of businesses. Our unit was spacious, stocked with everything you need including toys for the beach and chairs and umbrella. Beach entry was convenient and the pools were a hit with the kids, they stay open until 1030pm and they lived night swimming.

The property itself is beautiful, well designed, with a wonderful balcony facing the beach; however the furniture in this unit is extremely uncomfortable, worn out and couldn't enjoy sitting in the living room.

Location is great! 4th floor above pool and beach access. 10 min walk to The Hangout and several other restaurants. Condo had lots of pots, pans, and silverware. We did have a few minor issues with condo but management was quick to resolve and easy to work with. Would recommend staying here.I do however wish they had outside dining furniture as it would have been nice to enjoy dinner on the balcony as the weather was absolutely beautiful the week we were there.
