"The positives: All the staff were amazing. The ones that stand out the most are Jo Jo and Michael. They were always smiling and personable and extremely helpful. Michael’s laugh and comedic energy is contagious. The negatives: The toilet seat was so loose, I nearly fell off it the first time I sat down. There needs to be brighter light in the bathroom. Impossible to apply makeup. It is way too dim. Having a light switch control the outlets is ridiculous. In order to charge my phone on the nightstand near the bed I had to leave the light switch on which meant the light stayed on. I ended up taking the bulb out of the lamp to make it dark enough to sleep yet still be able to charge my phone near the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so not only did I have to apply my makeup but I also had to use my hair dryer and curling iron in the foyer as that was the only other place where there was a mirror. The room was poorly designed."

"The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again."

"I booked a package deal on Expedia and was worried when I saw the reviews. So I called the front desk and spoke to Moya the manager. She was awesome. Asked if we had any special requests. I told her we drink alot of coffee. She made sure we had a coffee maker in the room. She reassured me that all the rooms were renovated. True to her word the room was brand new. Kinda like a new car rental. It was great. The pool was clean and refreshing and we loved using the cabana. The best part was the price . What a deal. "
