Het inchecken had beter gekund.

We hadden een suite geboekt, maar kregen die niet. Pas nadat we erom vroegen. Op de deur stond VVV, maar we konden geen gebruik ervan maken volgens de receptioniste.

Op basis van foto's op de website hadden we een juniorsuite geboekt. In ons geval bleek dat een wat ruimere kamer met in een nis een slaapbank. Leek totaal niet op foto's. Thhe/ koffie faciliteiten bestond uit klein waterkokertje met zakje oploskoffie. Het snoertje was tekort vanaf tafel naar stopcontact. Kon hem.dus op de grond zetten of was wastafel in badkamer. Bedden waren zeer laag en matrassen slecht.We misten een koelkastje . De onvriendelijke receptioniste gaf aan dat ze er niks aan kon doen, behalve omboeken naar een appartement Het prijsverschil dan wel dik bijbetalen. Nier gedasn, al 280 betaald voor 2 nachten. Omdat hotel een restaurant heeft boekte we vooraf een tafel. Deze reservering werd keurig bevestigd. Bij aankomst bleek het restaurant al tijden dicht te zijn omdat ze geen kok hadden. Weet u wel wat een kok kost gaf receptioniste aan. Ja dat weten wij ...maar goede kok verdiend zijn eigen salaris dik terug. U kunt in Gulpen of dorpen erom heen. wel restauants vinden..... In badkamer kon de lade van badmeubel nauwelijks uit en inschuiven. Het glas van douchecabine zat vol kalkstrepen. Gehele staat van gebouw verdiend wel opknapbeurt. Vloerbedekking op inze etage zaten scheuren in en veel uitgebeten plekken. Op voordeur hangt een bord met 4 sterren, welicht nog uit vervlogen tijden. Voor ons 2 sterren. Tegen sommige personeel zou ik zeggen: een vriendelijk woord kost niks, zou ik eens proberen

2e brand alarm in de nacht noem ik niet erg fijn de eerste keer wisten ze al er werd gerookt op een kamer . ik had die gast er uit getrapt en zeker naar de 2e keer . praat ff met brandweer want ook daarin liet het hotel diverse steken vallen volgels hun
