"We booked this hotel because it was so close to an event we had booked at ZipWorld 5 minutes away, so not only was this a convenient stay but it turned out to be a luxury treat! The hotel surpassed our expectations and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing food at the restaurant and a great selection of drinks at the bar….especially the Headliner Welsh whiskey! ☺️"

"We had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it had been recently renovated, featured a double bed, and was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay. This is a straightforward, no-frills property with the essential amenities, and it met our expectations. A good continental buffet as well as freshly cooked hot breakfast options available to order, providing a great start to the day. For international travellers, it's worth noting that air conditioning is not a standard feature in many UK hotels, so it's worth checking before booking if this is important to you. A fan is provided for warmer weather. Similarly, bar fridges are not commonly included in UK hotel rooms, so it's best not to expect one. As the property is an older building, some noise transfer is to be expected. Sound carries along the corridors, and the timber floors do creak in places. Overall, we felt the property offered good value for money in a convenient location. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, character-filled place to stay and appreciate the charm of an older building, this is a solid option."

"Room was clean but stuffy due to heat, even with window open. A fan would have helped, and enabled closing the window to cut late night noise from outside. Staff were good and food was good. They were happy to allow me to leave my car on the hotel car park after checkout so we could go out for te mornimg"

"Lovely cottage in an ideal location. Kitchen very well equipped- would definitely recommend this as an ideal base to discover north wales. Host is very helpful and brilliant communication."

"Room was clean with bath towels, hand wash, shampoo provided. Small shower cubicle. Plentiful storage in room. Hand towel and more clothes hangers would be useful. Housekeeping only available by request from nearby Indian restaurant. Guests have access to dining room with fridge and also outside terrace. Central position in Betws y coed. Would stay there again without hesitation."

"This cottage is immaculately presented from the outside and in. It’s a great location and is only a very short walk to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. On road parking is available along the road outside the cottage and there are plenty of spaces further along the road if you can’t get directly outside. The cottage is modern and has everything you could need for a break in this beautiful part of Wales. My only negative point would be that the beds in one of the rooms are a little sunken and could do with being replaced soon, but they’re are still comfy and we slept well. Downstairs lounge area has two comfy sofas and a large TV with fireplace and smart speaker. The kitchen diner is modern and clean with everything you could need and modern appliances and a vet social space. The outside utility room is a very useful space and the garden and outdoor seating area would be brilliant in the summer with steps leading up to the grass area. The bathroom and en-suite are modern and the showers are powerful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family."
