"A+++ from all the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great location in District 1. Facilities was clean and maintained. Thank you Tayce and team when I come back to Saigon I will stay here again 100% :)"
"Hotel is 30 minute walk from ben tanh market on a straight road which is great. Nice area and felt safe. The hotel generally was ok but definitely not 4 star. Limited breakfast options, no safe in room, unsafe loose plugs and the bathroom drains not consistent. So overall an ok stay in a good area as we spend little time within the hotel itself. "

"I loved this hotel. It’s built in the 1940’a and has old world charm with an updated amenities. My room was the executive site and it was like an apartment. Shopping was all around it and the staff were extremely attentive. I loved it here "
"We been staying at New World a few times before. Over all staffs are very helpful. Specially this time one of the boy at the door area can speak Mandarin English and Vietnamese. 👍👍👍"
"This was the second Du Lac hotel I stayed at during my trip to Vietnam. Like my review of their hotel in Hanoi, this one was the same. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. My stay and comfort mattered to them. The breakfast was plentiful and my room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants etc nearby. Upon check out, I was spoken to by one of the mangers who knew I had also stayed in Hanoi. The staff took the time to understand my needs and my trip and this meant a lot to me. It made me feel like a guest and not a number. I will forever remember my time in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these hotels to anyone. Their approach to customer service and satisfaction goes far above and beyond. "
"Hotel ATHENA in Saigon has very spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and the staff are polite, respectful, welcoming, and very attentive. It's in a very convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is also very affordable.
Next time I return to Saigon, I will definitely stay here again.
Special thank you to the front desk staff, Tuấn Anh and Châu and Bellboy, Trúc and Lâm."
