Very nice Hotel. Right on the beach with a few nice swimming pools. A bit far from anywhere where else. Nothing, absolutely nothing is within walking distance other than the beach. Staff Very helpful especially Justin the guests services manager, always willing to help with my requests. Had to use didi to go anywhere, it's cheap enough and easy enough to use that I figured it out after installing Alipay. Alipay is a must have if travelling to China. Hotel was much more expensive for food and coffee than anywhere else but that's to be expected even though they really didn't have much to offer as the place was extremely quiet.

This hotel truly feels like the Hawaii of China, peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect place to recharge. I stayed here during a short stopover before my trip back to America, and it was exactly what I needed. The receptionist was especially kind and went out of their way to help me order a taxi, making my transit smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Travelled with son 22yo & daughter 25yo. Final 4 nights os 30 Asia roundtrip just looking for relaxed stay. Room and breakfast was great. Restaurants so&so but OK. Fully booked at artival but virtually no one in pool area - a vacation hotel turned conference hotel. Main pool perfectly OK but "adventure-pool" and pool-bar closed. Spa & gym perfectly OK. Overall a former 4-star hotel now +3-star service and hotel grounds and facilities in need of maintenance. Room with Club lounge access (snacks/food/drinks) was wortwhile. Overall quite happy w stay but if you expect a luxury hotel and surroundings infrastructure you need look elsewhere. Would I stay again? Perhaps...

The pools were great, the room was comfortable, but.... the food (except for the breakfast buffet) was really below average. We ate at the "western" restaurant and the meal was quite poor, and served with cold rice. The staff was irritated when we complained about the rice, so we ate our food and left. The big problem with this is that the hotel is so isolated that it is not easy to get to another restaurant, so you either put up with it or leave. We left.

Pleasant stay but itching experience!!!

We were bitten by the SAND FLIES at the pool area. Be careful, you will not realise you have been bitten until several hours later and for days, you will itch. The itch even keeps you awake at night too, unless a visit to the doctor for an injection and applying topical antibiotic cream will reduce/ stop the scratching.

The hotel looked amazing, and was in great condition. Friendly service staff all round. An added bonus is a huge garden and beach - perfect for a relaxing walk. However, do note that the location is rather far from Haikou city center, about 20 min by car.

水は、たくさん用意されていて良かった。タオルもバスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオル、と用意されていました。シャワー室もあり、バスタブも部屋側にあり、壁をオープンするとベットからバスタブに直行出来ました。ただ、シャワーの受けの固定が壊れているようで、シャワーの最中に、前に倒れて来て不便でした。髭剃りが、なかったので、持って行くと良いでしょう。また、中国は、トイレにウオシュレットがないので、携帯のウオシュレットを用意されたほうがいいでしょう。

Stayed there on 14 october with my partner. And on 27 October with eight family members. Spice China restaurant dishes were yummy.
