Reception was really helpful, it's also right in front of the bus stop of Horaichou so it's convenient. Breakfast was amazing and there was a variety of options. Room was clean and the services were convenient, good quality money in my opinion

It was very roomy and had a great view. Solid location, a 20 minute walk from Hakodate Station. It also had a number of restaurants and some bars nearby. The staff was kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Clean room adequate for triple and space for 3 mid size luggage. Good price and location is good. Onsite paid parking. Walking distance to tram stop and warehouse shopping/restaurants area and some other attractions. Free coffee and other drinks at lounge which opens fr 3pm onwards.

This was a newer hotel and it was very nice! The lobby was beautiful and the room was small but great! The staff was very professional and helpful. We were able to walk to the Hakodate Ropeway and some restaurants near the red brick warehouse. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when we visit Hakodate!!

A very pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly, efficient staff. Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning scheduled every 3 days, although towels replaced daily if requested. Aircon was set for the whole hotel, so not adjustable in your room. The temperature was ok, but I found it a little warm when in bed and couldn't open the window to let any cool air in either. Overall though, good value and recommended.

New property, clean roomy room. Great , friendly staff Just couple of restaurants near by , 7- eleven and tram stop about 7-10 min. walk. Need to take tram / taxi to Hakodate station. Red brick warehouse shops and Hakodate ropeway about 10 min walk.

The room was nice. Clean and comfortable. The hotel was a tall building and easy to see from afar with its glowing light sign. Pleasantly boogie inside. Did not get to partake in breakfast. You had to pay ahead of time or something? I don't really know. We just hit up the morning market by the station instead, which I highly recommend.

Amazing breakfasts, immaculate building/rooms, tram stop near by, supermarket uocho nearby, handy location for gentle walk to warehouse area or ropeway. Quiet environment. complimentary drinks including hakodate wine/sake each day from 3pm until 10pm in lounge. Enoe was perfect for our 8 day stay.

It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!

Great location with easy access to major sightseeing spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options such as fresh seafood, noodle soup, traditional Japanese breakfast dishes, and some Western-style meals as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

到着して近隣駐車場へスタッフさんが走って案内に先ず驚いた。コレビックリ。2泊しましたが、朝食がとても美味しかった。ついつい食べ過ぎてお昼が要らないくらい満足しました。空調がホテルの一括管理で不自由でした。シングル３つで親子３人グッスリ眠れて良かった。函館に行く時はまた利用したい。
