Overall it is a decent stay. I enjoyed the onsen, breakfast, and how big the rooms are. It is located right by gora station which makes it easier to travel. Walking distance from the open air museum, plenty of low key restaurants, and day-use onsens. There is a bit of noise in early morning & night since it’s on a busy street.

Super good location! Definitely take the train in and do not ride the bus up. We took the bus and had to climb through the forrest to get there! Such a nice clean property and such helpful staff and the breakfast is very good!

Very spacious rooms, the bunker beds are awesome. My son loved it, the food in the cafe is very nice. The onsen bath was so relaxing. There are free popsicles and soda bottles and colors for kids which is very thoughtful. The bus station is right next to the hotel.

What a delightful hotel!! Awesome location literally next to the train station, great food in the area as well as at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast was amazing. Onsen was really lovely too. Rooms were very minimalist but comfy and had a great view.

Stayed here for the one night and it was a gem, literally a few steps from the train station. Clean and comfortable room and loved having a curtain for more privacy. The staff was very helpful and wonderful with their service, the facilities were very clean and the onsite onsen was the highlight of the night you can unwind and just relax. Theres restaurants walking distance with good options. Would definitely recommend staying at this hostel.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Location of the hotel was right beside Gora Station and bus station to you to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here if you are doing the Hakone Loop.

Excellent stay! I stayed here many times when the property was Emblem Flow before changing names. Nothing has really changed. Great staff - very friendly and welcoming. Nice restaurant and bar with a wonderful breakfast. Also appreciated the small onsen area. I highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable stay in Gora.

This is a super clean and modern Japanese hotel. Perfect location for Gora. Restaurant was not open Mondays in hotel but several restaurants available within minutes. Breakfast was unusual but plentiful and the service was just lovely by all staff. Left bags when we checked in early and they took them to our room when’s/
