What a wonderful place & Nico was an amazing host. Great place for our family and so close to the slopes. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The Lift Inn was very warm/spacious and great discount offered for equipment hire with the shop below. Thank you Nico & we hope to visit again soon. Thanks also for the delicious daily treats in the kitchen😁

Nico was so kind and accomodating! He took us to an ATM to get cash for our lift passes, picked one of our group up from the station, and dropped us all back when we were leaving - above and beyond! Rooms were very clean and located a few minutes walk from Escal Plaza/Goryu ski field. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with Lift Inn Hakuba. Our room (room type C) was clean, cosy, warm and had a beautiful outlook. Nico was helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting the convenience of having the slopes of your front door. We also enjoyed the quaint surroundings.

Convenient, clean, and 5 stars!!

It was just like the pictures. My room was spacious, had use of the fridge. Nicholas the owner was amazing. He even went out of his way to call me cabs and give me rides to the bus stop as I couldn’t speak any Japanese. Oh did I mention it’s literally across the street from goryu plaza?? Definitely recommend!!

Amazing Place!

Took a chance on having no idea what to do or where to stay. Found this place and it didn’t disappoint! First off, Nicolas is the best host we have ever experienced. Seriously cannot thank him enough for taking care of my family. Answered every question and made some amazing recommendations. He grew up here and knows this place well. Thank you Nicolas. Second, location is the best! We walked right to the lift! It is literally across the street and there’s a great rental shop below the inn that gives you a discount. Nico also does a great job of letting you know the good deals and getting everything for you set up. He even delivered our lift tickets to the rental shop. Great dude! Third, everything you need is right here. The room is so comfortable with amazing views and secure. Best trip to the snow in Japan. Highly recommend this place. Five stars doesn’t do it justice. Thanks again Nico!

Great Location but Smell and Dryness..

The location is amazing. Also great veggie option burger restaurant was on the bottom of the same building was plus. Though, as soon as stepping in the room, artificial cheap smelly scent was awfully strong.. made me feel sick, so we left the window open for a while but it didnt go away for a long long time.. Another thing, to keep the room warm was only by AC. That made the room super dry throughout the night, and made my and my child's throat really bad.. Also, no bathtub, only shower. Otherwise, it's clean and nice fun room on the second floor walk up. There is d shared kitchen too. Ah, and if there is a little kid, not recommended as the window opens very wide and looked dangerous.

2024白馬五龍

住宿環境很好，離白馬五龍非常近，我是搭乘長途巴士到白馬五龍站然後走到飯店大約5分鐘內，飯店內部設施很完善，有一間可以存放雪具的房間並且可以乾燥鞋子及衣物，也有廚房及洗衣機可以使用，衛浴設備馬桶及淋浴間都很乾淨，洗澡熱水來的速度也是很快溫度也很夠，因為未設有櫃檯的關係，所以房主也會即時的詢問有無住宿相關的問題，如有遇到問題也可以向房主提問也會迅速得到回答，最後因為住宿空間在二樓，所以需要走一段樓梯，如果行李比較多可能會感覺比較吃力一些，或是需要分多次搬運，另外因為環保的關係只有提供洗髮精及沐浴乳，其他的牙刷牙膏個人清潔用品需要自己準備，總結這是一趟蠻不錯旅程，很期待下個雪季可以再次造訪並待上更長的時間。

事前の情報収集で分からなかったことを今後の方の為に。。。 下の階がレンタルショップです。 共有キッチンスペースには紙コップ紙皿、瀬戸物の食器、シルバー(フォーク類)、割り箸、インスタントコーヒー、ティーバッグ、炊飯器、電気調理機、フライパン、オーブントースター、レンジ、冷蔵庫冷凍庫が完備されていて配慮がすごい。 お部屋には歯ブラシ、タオル、シャンプー類有。 分からなかったので持っていきましたがパジャマさえあれば大丈夫です エアコン、ファンヒーター、オイルヒーターがあり部屋の寒さ対策も心配いらないです。 駐車場は建物の後に４台程 正面に荷物の上げ下ろしのできるスペースも有 目の前に１番使い勝手のよいリフト乗り場があります。 リフト券買うためには正面入口更に奥まで行く必要がありますが、それさえ済めばホテル右斜め前の階段から行き来できるのですごく楽です。 ちょっと疲れても迷うことなく休憩に戻ってこれます。 次も来るとしたら絶対こちらにお世話になりたいと思えるところです。
