"Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional."

"This "hotel" is one step above a hostel. It's basically a college dorm. The women's bathroom had 1 working toilet. Other 2 stalls said out of order. The beds were very uncomfortable and metal bed frames were very squeaky. 90% of the guests were under 25, at most. Two stars, 1 for breakfast was pretty good. 2 for location. "

From the shikibuton beds, tatami mats and in house onsen, we really got to experience the traditional experience. The ski locker and boot room was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. If you are seeking this experience we highly recommend. "

"The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy."
