"Great location. 3 minutes walk to Iwatake gondola. Family room is quite big for 4 of us. Facilities are a bit old but well maintained. Dinners on site are very delicious but breakfasts are average. Onsen is a big plus, very nice after a day on the slopes. Staffs are kind and friendly too. "

"The room was dirty , bedding old and not clean , Toilets stank ! It’s a hostel not a hotel ! Checked in one room had a look and left !! Found better round the corner for less "
