"This was the most incredible hotel stay I’ve ever had! We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a cool towel, accompanied by a tour of the amenities. The spa and beachside food and drinks were great. The checkout process was a breeze, and the valet service was prompt throughout our stay. The signature scent throughout the property added to the overall ambiance. Our suite was elegantly appointed with two levels, each featuring a balcony. There’s a relaxing whirlpool tub where we could enjoy the sea view from the upper level. The resort’s compact size made it easy to navigate between different areas. The beach was minutes from our door with plenty of beachside loungers to relax on. The pools were cool but refreshing in mid-May. We also enjoyed massages and the steam room/sauna. In addition to the onsite restaurant, there are also nearby hotels and restaurants that you can easily walk to. I can’t wait to explore other Domes Resorts in the future!"

"Excellent location within a few minutes walking distance to the Venetian Port. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is that they have parking available and are so close to the area that can primarily be accessed on foot. The breakfast had a lot of Cretan food so it was a good introduction before venturing out. The shared outdoor and indoor sitting areas are very welcoming. The staff, including the valets, the front desk and the restaurant area, were super helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again if I find myself in Chania."

"I have had the pleasure of staying at the Trianon for the third time, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. The hotel is ideally situated, making it easy to walk to the vibrant city center, where you can explore a variety of shops, cafes, and cultural attractions. The rooms are not only spacious but also exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of activities. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. In addition to its excellent accommodations, the area boasts a wide selection of fantastic restaurants within walking distance, offering a range of cuisines to satisfy any palate. One of the standout features of the Trianon is its underground parking, a major convenience for travellers with vehicles. "Had an amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were very nice with great furnishings and bathrooms. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, in particular the chef during the week. The property is also in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone to stay here!"
