"My husband and I had an amazing stay at Jewel Grande. Our room was fantastic and was exactly as described. The direct ocean view and sitting on the balcony relaxing was the best. All of the staff at Jewel Grande were so friendly and accommodating. The food throughout the entire resort was good with many choices. I would definitely return and recommend Jewel Grande to family & friends."

"The property was amazing! There were 8 of us and we had an awesome time! Daily housekeeping was an added bonus. We hired the chef for a birthday dinner and the food was delicious and was reasonably priced. The beach is not within walking distance and the transfer to beach is not included that would have been a nice perk. We did feel safe at the house. Because I’ve been to Jamaica before I did have transportation for excursions. We did use hospitality experts for our airport transfer which includes a trip to the grocery store, this was seamless once I got the Zelle "

The butlers were so attentive and can mix any drink you like. The housekeepers kept the house so clean and done so quickly it was very impressive. "Worst experience I have ever had. I been traveling for years and have been to 39 countries. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. The owner of this property has his mom (Neema) running this place and she was the worst part of the experience. She is super mean and talks to you like you’re dumb. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and everything that was promised was a scam. She says one thing and does another. We ordered a private chef and she ended up trying to send us premade breakfast. After we complained she sent us a chef who didn’t now what he was doing. Then coffee wasn’t included. I can go on with list of stuff, the house is little older the fridge wasn’t working and the ac doesn’t work!!! It was horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! "
