"Location was Perfect!!!!! Staff was amazing. It was very busy due to FIFA World cup and the hotel was prepared. Pool was freezing, even my child wouldnt go in and she loves to swim. Usually can’t get her out but was toooooo cold"

"Very nice hotel. Great lounge areas. Not a great area of san francisco but hotel was good. A bottle of water was $10 from the little store/coffee shop, which we felt was a bit steep but they did have refill stations within the hotel. Would stay there again."
