"This house has everything you need from beach wagons, chairs, amazing outside entertaining spaces, to kitchen gadgets. It was by far the best beach house stay we have had. The views are incredible, bedrooms are very comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets to make it comfortable. We had fun as a family swimming in the swim spa on the downstairs patio, our 4 year old very much enjoyed it. Everything was clean and space was inviting. Mark and Liz were quick communicators and ensured the stay was enjoyed. I really loved the little QR codes in the family room that was basically an island travel guide with recommendations and things to do. Pretty sure we found our new favorite spot!"

"Beach access was great. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. The layout of the house was good. The cookware was not in great shape and we could have used a few more skillets. The most annoying thing was the property management. I received many messages trying to upsell beach equipment, golf carts, and extra days of rental. I won't choose it again because of their nagging and not accepting OneKey cash."

"This house is everything it is advertised to be! The views from the upper and lower deck are stunning and it’s just a short walk over the bridge to the beach. 3 generations, including 2 toddlers, had a blast! The home is clean and well appointed with lots of kitchen implements. Stackable washer/dryer and games for the adults and kiddos. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay and hope to be back again!"

"Best vacation ever! Mai was so responsive and easy to work with. The check-in and check-out process was so convenient and simple. This was our first VRBO and it went above and beyond my expectations. We had 5 adults and 3 kids ranging from 4-13 years old and everyone had enough space and bathrooms were perfect. It was a perfect vacation. Most time spent outside at beach, on decks, and in the open bottom area. "

"We stayed Monday through Thursday with friends and had a wonderful time. The canal location was perfect. The parents fished in the backyard while the kids swam in the pool. It was peaceful, quiet, and just a one minute drive to the beach.The house was clean and comfortable, with a little normal wear and tear. The listing photos made it look slightly nicer than in person, but everything was still in good shape and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight for the kids, and a sunshade would make it even better for midday swims.The downstairs area has its own kitchen and beds, which was great for extra space, though it stayed a bit warm. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to work with.Overall, it was a great setup for families. We would definitely come back for another relaxing getaway."
