"Clean!"

"We had booked a business room (queen bed), that cost extra, expecting it to be larger in size and/or have extra amenities. Much to our surprise, the room was exactly the same as other rooms. We were told the ‘business room’ meant we had access to the business lounge - which is a joke! There is nothing in the business lounge, other than a toaster and microwave! - most definitely not worth paying extra for. Still the hotel was decent. Definitely dated and needs a refresher/renovation. The staff are super friendly, and the location is great. Be advised parking is a pain, as you have to use a public lot almost a block away and it costs about $26/day."

"there were power issues, the top plug in on the right side of the tv didn't work. The plugin on the lamp did not work and one usb port on the lamp did not work. The bathroom light closest to the door flashed a lot. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would book again. "
