Nettes Hotel, gute, zentrale Lage. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider ist die Qualität des Frühstücks eher unten anzusiedeln. Wenig und keine besonders qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl. Besonders das Rübrei aus dem Tetra Pak ist eine Unsitte die mittlerweile in vielen Hotels anzutreffen ist.

Das Hotel ist neu und sehr modern eingerichtet, allerdings gab es in meinem Zimmer keinerlei Extras (Glas, Flaschenöffner, etc.). Alles sehr spartanisch, aber ok. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Geärgert hat mich, dass ich keinen Parkplatz mehr bekommen habe.

TOUS les lits de l'hotel sont des petits matelas collés ensembles SANS sur-matelas. 🚫⛔️❌️La receptionniste m'a facturé la chambre deux fois malgré que j'ai insisté que j'avais déjà payé. Elle était censée m'envoyer la facture par mail: pas fait! J'ai passé 45 minute au téléphone pour essayer d'obtenir cette facture. Sans succès. ⛔️Service déplorable⛔️

Hotel og by ok til et kort ophold. De fleste restauranter er a la grillbarer, men i en lille sidegade fandt vi Gori, en georgisk restaurant, som var hyggelig. På selve markedspladsen lå en græsk restaurant, som var godt besøgt og tænker at maden var go der. Vi fik dog kun drikkelse mens vi så på livet på markedspladsen.

Wir buchen oft Hotels der Hotelmarke "the nui" (bspw. Hamburg, Frankfurt etc.) und waren stets sehr zufrieden. Immer chic, stylisch, sehr sauber und nettes Personal! Dieses Hotel hat den Nachteil des schlechtes Standortes in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes, entsprechendes Klientel befindet sich auf dem Vorplatz vom Hotel. Aufgrund einer großen Kreuzung und viel befahrenen Straße ist es zudem laut. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war u. E. eine Katastrophe (durch Bauzaun mit Schloss gesicherter abgetrennter Parkplatz), neben dem anscheinend nachts Menschen übernachten, die sich auch dort erleichtern. Positiv: Das Hotel liegt nahe der Innenstadt und es gibt einige Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Betten waren komfortabel, das Zimmer sauber. Das Bad war groß, uns störte jedoch der Duschvorhang im Bad, ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Somit war unser Aufenthalt "okay", würde aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Alles bestens. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,vom Check-In bis Check-Out. Freundlicher Empfang, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit komfortablen Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse, bei der Auswahl blieben keine Wünsche offen. Definitiv ein Plus sind auch die Bar im Loungebereich und die Möglichkeit zum Entspannen in der Sauna. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen weiter!
