  • A unique building with beautiful architecture and a panoramic view over the Kattegat.



    Step into a special vacation home that offers you an incredibly spacious living concept, with the high ceiling height giving the room a spacious feeling in all directions. Enjoy the daylight-flooded interiors, where you can relax and invest your time in a vacation read or take advantage of the moments to have exciting conversations with your loved ones.



    In the activity room you will also find a pool table, table tennis table and a dartboard. To really relax you can enjoy the whirlpool and sauna, and the open terrace invites you to barbecue and enjoy the sun.



    In only 150 m you can reach the beach, but it should be noted that the beaches on this part of the east coast are usually child-friendly and the water is calmer than on the west coast. The harbor town of Hals at the exit of the Limfjord to the Kattegat is about 3 km from here, there are stores, delicious restaurants and an active fishing port from which there is also good fishing, there is also a small ferry to Egense, which is located on the south side of the fjord.

Es ist ein tolles Haus und ein noch tollere Lage, ein wahnsinnig sauberer Strand.

Es ist ein tolles Haus und ein noch tollere Lage, ein wahnsinnig sauberer Strand. Der Urlaub macht wirklich Spaß. Leider gab es keinerlei Beschreibung für die Nutzung der Heizung, auch ein Mechaniker, der wegen schlecht schließbaren Türen da war, konnte keine direkte Hilfe geben. Die Thermostaten ließen sich nicht einstellen, es war viel, viel zu warm im Haus, teilweise 26 Grad.

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, da ein schöner Ostseestrand „vor der Tür liegt“. Vom Wohnzimmer (und der Terasse davor) hat man einen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Architektur des Hauses ist besonders und hat allen Reisenden gefallen. An der Küsten entlang kann man gut spazieren gehen. Die Hälfte der Familie war zwischen Ankunft und Abfahrt nicht einmal mit dem Auto unterwegs.In den Bewertungen zuvor wurde häufig die mangelhafte Sauberkeit bemängelt. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus sauber und aufgeräumt. Da gab es nichts zu kritisieren. Die Lage in der Natur führt dazu, dass außen schnell mal Spinnweben entstehen oder Nadeln vom Bäumen auf die Terrasse geweht werden. Das ist jedoch normal. Dafür läuft auch mal ein Reh oder hoppelt ein Hase am Haus vorbei. Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Was mir gefehlt hat, sind die dänischen Bäcker. Die waren immer toll, doch mittlerweile gibt es in der Umgebung Brot nur noch bei den Supermärkten. Die Endabrechnung der Nebenkosten belief sich auf unter EUR 33,-. Das ist der niedrigste Wert, den ich nach über 50 Ferienhäusern in Dänemark hatte. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle und sehr erholsame Zeit in dem Ferienhaus.

Et utroligt dejligt sommerhus. Det eneste negative vi har at sige er, at rengøringen var meget overfladisk. Der var beskidt i alle hjørner. Da vi trak forhænget fra i brusekabinen lå der rester af jord og sand, og vi var lige kommet. I “garagen” med pool o.s.v. var der myretuer, som ikke var af nyere dato og tydeligvis ikke forsøgt behandlet. I køkkenskufferne måtte vi rydde flere skuffer og slå flere sølvfisk ihjel, og herefter gøre skufferne rene. Desuden kunne bruserne trænge til en gang afkalkning, og så ville det vist ikke være af storhed med en ny toiletbørste, som var knækket. I øvrigt bør toiletbørster skiftes regelmæssigt.
