"This place is very special. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. This 500 year old pavilion was built by a former prime minister and a Confucian scholar for his retirement. I could imagine him sitting on the terrace, looking at Hahoe Village across the river. The beautiful old pine tree, breeze and chirping of birds took us back time to 500 year ago. "If you are looking for a stay local to the hanok village but not in a traditional hanok this is a great option. Hotel appeared brand new with public areas and room in pristine condition. Hotel also offers a cafe and restaurant which was very useful. Hotel is located just a 15min drive away from the hanok village and easily reached by taxi. It was a very comfortable stay "

"New and clean hotel, friendly staff. Our room had a giant TV, 2 computers, air purifier and air conditioning. The bathroom had a shower as well as an enormous bath. No kidding, 4 people can take a bath at the same time. It is however lacking parking space for your car but if you ask you can double park in the small garage and give your keys to the reception so they can move your car if needed. "
