Overall good. Check-in was a bit of a struggle--we didn't reach the hotel until after 11pm and failed to call, so reception was closed and the automatic check-in kiosk refused to work for us. Fortunately a member of the hotel staff responded almost immediately when we called the help line, opened up reception, and found that another staff member had already checked us in, which is why we weren't able to. So while we gave the check-in experience 2 stars out of 5, we contributed to the issue, and the hotel staff reacted quickly to fix it. The breakfast was overpriced and didn't include a lot, but was adequate. The neighborhood wasn't great--even the staff warned us not to park our car on the street or to walk around at night. The hotel parking was free and had lots of available spots.

Enjoyed the room but....

The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely nice and the room was cleaned daily. They started renovations the week I was there and I'm really curious to see what improvements they make. My only complaint was there wasn't a minifridge or microwave in the room. I'm sure that is more of an American thing but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold.

Das Hotel an sich ist ok, wenn man sich Preis/Leistung anschaut. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, wir haben dann aber ein anderes bekommen, was gut war.

Fint nybyggt hotell i ett lugnt område. Tågstation i närheten. Finns parkering men fanns även parkering runt om på gatorna. Tänk på att varken parkering eller frukost ingår utan köps till på hotellet. Kan vara värt att tänka på när man jämför priser med andra hotell. Frukosten är ganska mager och känns inte helt värt sitt pris. I övrigt rent och snyggt och sköna sängar.
