Friendly staff, clean but small room.

Good location close to Altona station (for trains to the South I think). Very friendly staff and clean room with plenty of hot water. Only negative was that the room was pretty small and the bed also quite small.

This hotel was a positive surprise - super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom big and the windows could be fully opened. We booked it because we took an early train and it is right next to the station. Friendly and fast check in.

Shower

The only complaint is the space of the shower. Although I know that it is pretty normal for any generic German hotels, I think that they could still do some arrangement, such as relocation of soup bottles, to give a little more freedom for showerers. Anyway, the amount of water and pressure are excellent!

The location is close to the Altona train station, which is very practical. However the hotel rooms are old and have no air conditioning. When I arrived to my room, it seemed like the windows had been closed for days, it was hot and air quality was bad. Opening the windows helped but the noise from the station is there, so I wouldn't recommend to noise and temperature sensitive guests.

I was very disappointed that they had a room directly next to me being completely remodeled starting an 8:15 in the morning the next day, it was super loud. I understand that these hotels need to be worked on, but the front desk person should’ve let me know ahead of time or moved me to, a location where I’m not hearing a hammer at 8:15 in the morning. i expect more from a Best Western

nicht am frühstück teilgenommen daher dazu keine Meinung. Generell eher alte Ausstattung. Für eine Nacht ok aber nicht um sich länger in den Zimmern aufzuhalten. Auch eher eng. Blick nach hinten ok, nach vorn auf Schienen wahrscheinlich laut. Gegend ok aber nicht schön. Wer nur Nahe Bahnhof übernachten will, ist es aber ok. Preislich finde ich es für diesen Standard extrem hoch. Für den Preis bekomme ich MotelOne mit komplett anderem Flair und Atmosphäre. Werde es wohl nicht erneut buchen.

Förhandsinformationen hade kunnat vara bättre. "Spa" visade sig vara en enkel bastu, som kostade 20EUR att utnyttja. Mitt rum låg så till att jag behövde gå en våning för att nå dit. Funkar för mig även om det var jobbigt med en tung väska, men hade absolut inte fungerat för någon svårigheter att röra sig. Rummet var betydligt mindre än man hade kunnat förvänta sig till priset jag betalade, med tanke på att hotellet är lägre medelklass.
