Die Unterkunft war leider nur teilweise sauber; eine gründliche Reinigung wäre hier wünschenswert. Laut Inserat sollten Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden sein, jedoch fehlte die Spannbettlaken, und es stand lediglich ein sehr kleines Handtuch für mehrere Personen zur Verfügung. Auch Toilettenpapier war zunächst nicht vorhanden.Der Gastgeber wurde umgehend darüber informiert. Zwar wurde Toilettenpapier nachgereicht, die ebenfalls zugesagten Handtücher und das Spannbettlaken wurden jedoch trotz Ankündigung nicht mehr bereitgestellt. Das ist aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Naja so ist es manchmal mit Gastfreundschaft.

Also wenn man anspruchslos ist is es okay.. max 4 Leute.. Siphon in der Dusche ist eklig läuft fast über.. WiFi geht nicht. Spinnweben im Bad. Küche OK. Betten bequem.. Lage düster. Im Haus schon mal Stimmen oder Streit zu hören.. U-Bahn 10 Minuten... für 3 Nächte OK..

Die Wohnung ist okay, sofern man reinkommt. Das könnte manchmal schwierig sein, bei uns war der zugeschickte Code falsch. Leider konnten wir den Vermieter nicht erreichen und auch nachdem wir zahlreiche Codes (1234, 0000 usw.) ausprobiert haben und 1,5 Std. später hatten. Fanden wir zufällig als letzte Idee tatsächlich einen passenden Schlüssel unter der Fußmatte. Damit kamen wir rein. Sonst hätten wir die Wohnung nicht nutzen können. Nicht optimal gelaufen, aber der Vermieter entschuldigte sich am folgenden Morgen.Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einfach ausgestattet (die Fotos zeigen vermutlich Bilder des Erstbezugs). Die Dichtung bei der Dusche ist vergammelt und eine der Stoffklappsessel hatte Stockflecken oder Schimmel. In einem Zimmer ging die Türe nicht zu, weil das Bett zu lang ist (wenn man es quer stellt, klappt es aber). Generell sind die Fotos nicht ganz eindeutig, wie die Bettensituation aussieht. Also es gibt ein Zimmer mit einem Bett, ein weiteres mit einer Schlafcouch (2 einzelne Matratzen), das sind die einzigen wirklich bequemen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Dann gibt es noch zwei Klappsitzsessel, die sehr unbequem sind. Beinbereich hart, Rumpfbereich weich. Aber für eine Nacht geht es und ist besser als auf dem Holzboden zu schlafen.Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur mit Parkautomaten an der öffentliche Straße möglich, die Stellplatz vor dem Haus dürfen nicht benutzt werden. Positiv war die Ruhe im Haus und es ist recht zentral. Wir würden aber eher nicht nochmal kommen.

Ok für ein Wochenende

Super einfach zu erreichen. Alle Anbindungen zu Fuss, Bus und Bahn waren praktisch. Check-In problemlos und schnell. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. DAS EINZIGE ZU BEMÄNGELN: DIE DUSCHKABINE WAR NICHT SAUBER UND SCHIMMELIG! Ansonsten alles sauber und korrekt für den Preis. Dankeschön
