I love staying at this location. It’s in walking distance of the train station and shops. My room was comfortable and clean. I cannot wait to return soon.

I have stayed here before and had great experiences. However, the hotel’s restaurant was closed for renovations, and there aren’t many restaurants close by. The neighborhood is sketchy at night. Lots of homeless people. Also, the refrigerator didn’t work when I checked in… and wasn’t repaired. I still like the hotel and the staff, and most likely come back.

The hotel has some clear areas to improve; the pillows were way to soft, it was like there were no filling at all. Secondly; we tried to restaurant for dinner but the salmon (entre plate) had a chili taste so strong that I couldnt finish the plate. The staff apologized.

Wir waren für einen Wochenendtrip gekommen und sind begeistert gewesen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig von Müsli, Brötchen und Brot über Käseplatten und Wurst bis hin zu Franzbrötchen, Kaffe, Kakao und Sekt gab es einfach alles. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Bar11 im obersten Stockwerk. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig mit vielen Steckdosen. Die Umgebung ist zwar nicht die schönste aber man ist schnell an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und kann damit ganz entspannt in die Stadt fahren. Und Bus zum Harry Potter Musical läuft man ganz entspannt in unter 10 Minuten.
