Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber, das Zimmer groß, der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Nachteilig ist, dass das Frühstücksgeschirr im Badezimmer gespült werden muss, da es kein Geschirrspülbecken gibt. Desweiteren waren wir enttäuscht, dass das sehr ansprechend dargestellte Restaurant längerfristig geschlossen ist. Es war mit ein Grund,dass wir dieses Motel gewählt haben. Das sollte im. Inserat unbedingt erwähnt werden. Die Auswahl an adäquaten Restaurants in Hamilton ist mehr als übersichtlich.

Carpet needs cleaning/ shampooing Not enough towels for over Xmas time Pool not clean in nine days Fan in bathroom does not work Better lighting is required at the tea and coffee station We have been to this motel x4 times in 2025- at least a week each time. This has been the worst week ever. Cleaning staff work extremely hard, are extremely pleasant and friendly always. Limited supplies makes their job very hard to accommodate for guests. We Will be considering an alternate motel for 2026.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Room was great size and the quiet surroundings was amazing. Its old, but very clean and for the price it was much better than expected. Definately recommended and we would stay again without hesitation.

Good size rooms with decent beds and a good size bathroom. Easy parking. I would say the rooms overall were above average for a Motel. Unfortunately, a lot of that was overshadowed by the having to deal with the very grumpy and un-helpful manager which is enough to make me not want to stay there again. Easily the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an accommodation provider. Judging by the other mostly positive reviews, it seems to be a great stay as long as you don't accidentally annoy the owner. But if you're unlucky enough to annoy them by needing to change your booking or if you get held up and show up late (both of which we were guilty of, but I imagine are not all that uncommon), you're probably going to have a bad time.

Had made a booking for a room. On arrival nobody to great me at reception and all locked up, with a list of names on the door with room numbers to which room they were staying in. My name was not on the list. I proceeded to call the number of the motel where in short a rude man told me the booking had not come through their system for me. I then contacted Expedia who confirmed the booking was made and excepted by the motel. Very inconvenient having to find another place to stay late Friday afternoon. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hamilton I would forget about this place.

We booked this room as it said it had a pool and restaurant but pool was dirty and green there was no restaurant and notes everywhere to do the dishes and on all bins did not see any person at all for any help wound not recommended this place
