Fantastic for the price. The only thing was that I forgot it was in the middle of downtown so lots of Traffic noice, otherwise amazing!

Good downtown location. Substantial breakfast included in the price. Parking is cheap and convenient. Only downside is the walls are thin. Could hear phones and conversations from rooms on both side of mine.

We had the Psychic Expo within the hotel and can obtain overnight stay right on the building. However, the window drapery are wrongly set up & allowed morning sun to come through. Waking up early with bright sun and lost 2 hours of sleeping time.

Excellent Value for Money Right Downtown

I have stayed at this hotel (under various names) many times and have always found it super-satisfactory. My stay this past week couldn't have been better. The house-keeping was impeccable, the elevators invariably prompt, the climate control highly responsive, and the included breakfast very impressive. The location is great and the room rates reasonable. Congratulations to all the staff!

The location for us was ideal. We were going to sleep in my van but we deemed it too cool plus my girlfriend doesn't like using the 'pee can' - personally, I don't mind too much. I sometimes get a cramp in my leg when I use it though as, in the van, I have to 'kind of' have to kneel and then I have to straighten out my leg - mid-stream (no pun intended) and this presents a challenge. I may drill a hole in the bottom of the van for a 'relief tube' similar to what we used to use on older aircraft on long trips.

The property was great for the one night we needed it for. The room has been renovated with new fixtures and furniture, however there are plastic plugs in the walls from previous wall hangings and hair dryer(?) That looks a little unfinished and tacky. The breakfast was excellent. Not just your typical continental breakfast, served buffet style. Delicious! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and wished us a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great for the price.

Be AWARE UNSAFE incident. We came in 12:30 am with our car. We were let in the parking garage. We parked. Our keycard would not work in the door (it was separate and no where near my phone/cards in my wallet). So we came down through the parking garage to the front door. There was NO ANSWER on the intercom. We banged on the door, we pushed the buzzer for 15mins. We were locked out the hotel. At 12:45 the attendant finally answered the buzzer. We were about to call 911. It was -10 I was with my daughter, we were freezing and the there was a man watching our whole ordeal being LOCKED OUT ! It was traumatic, scary and shocked to be locked out of a hotel. Turns out they were short staffed and the attendant was answering a cot call. Our keys did NOT work when we checked in and we had to come down and they did NOT work at 12:30am. I have never been left outside a hotel on the street in the middle of the night and the area for this hotel does not feel very safe.. especially at 12:30am Very scary.
