Welcome to our charming 100+ year-old home!
It has the character of an older house but is kept clean, cozy, and stylish for your stay.
This spacious apartment features two large bedrooms—one with a private balcony— in the 2nd floor and a 3rd-floor family room with pull-out beds. The modern, fully equipped kitchen and all amenities ensure a comfortable visit. Located less than a mile from Spooky Nook, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, you'll enjoy easy access to everything!

Very Cute Place!!

We stayed one night here and it was super comforting!! Felt like a home. The upstairs TV room was very relaxing for us after a long day of traveling. Property managers were super quick to respond with any questions I had and made everything so easy for us!! I was skeptical staying in a duplex, but this place was so wonderful and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in town!!

Quick Volleyball Weekend

2 Day Tournament at the Spooky Nook

This was a 5 minute drive to the venue and couldn't have been more convenient. Definitely recommend using this place for any stay in Hamilton. This was a nice 10 minute walk to bar/restaurant. Had it been a little warmer we would have walked around more. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be considering this place for future trips.

My family and I are a liitle OCD when it comes to cleanliness and this place was clean. We really enjoyed our stay the worst thing I can say if I could change one thing would be more hand rails inside and out. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for Mother-Daughter weekend!

I was in town for Mom’s Weekend at my daughter’s sorority in nearby Oxford. This was a great location for us! Conveniently, the property is only 20 minutes from Miami U, and within walking distance of several of our favorite restaurants in the Hamilton area. Also, 20 minutes from the Liberty Center, so we had fun shopping too! The home had a great set up, and was cozy and comfortable for our stay. Wish it were available for her upcoming graduation!

Stay for volleyball tournament

My wife, daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. The check-in and check-out process was easy, communication with the host was wonderful. The main road was semi-busy all night (Saturday night and not the host's fault), the sidewalks were not shoveled and the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was a little tight, but everything was very clean and we would book again. The apartment is on the second floor and the TV is on the 3rd floor in a very cozy place.

Loved this little home!

This property is very clean and well stocked! The location is close to restaurants and downtown Hamilton. The road is a little busy, but there is plenty of parking along the street and if the windows are closed you won’t notice the road noise. The host is very communicative! We had a (us) issue at 11:30 at night and they responded in just a few minutes! And really wanted to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. There is also an upstairs area that can easily be missed, it has a closed door leading up! It has a precious book nook area and couch and tv. We definitely will stay again if in the area.

Great little place!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. This place was very convenient to the venue. The owner was very flexible allowing us to check in early so we were able to arrive before the impending snow. We had an unusual large amount of snow fall days before our arrival making things a little tricky. The owner was very attentive to our requests for some snow clearing and it was completed as requested and on time. My teenagers loved the upstairs space with the reading nook and robot toys. If we compete in the same tournament next year I will definitely try to stay at this place again.
