We booked this hotel at the last minute on a busy holiday weekend when we realized it was too late to get to our final destination. It was a mistake. The toilet room door was broken and the room in disrepair. The vent was totally rusted. The floor hadn’t been swept. A fly - maybe two- kept us company There wasn’t a wastebasket anywhere in the room, nor any hangers. No coffee pot or hair dryer either. But if all you want is a comfy bed and a decent tv at a low price, you can get that at this hotel.

Where do I start?? This property should only be rated 1 star, as it was an actual building. The room was mostly clean, but needed sweeping, and the tub needed scrubbing, I found a worm in my pillowcase (about the size of a maggot). THERE WERE NO OTHER AMENITIES! NO MICROWAVE OR SMALL FRIDGE! Standard guests get one set of towels. This was for guests staying in "deluxe" rooms only (fine print). They had no useful website, so a guest would have no way to read this fine print. At check-in, they wouldn't accept the cost of the room given to me from Expedia. After demanding that they honor your rate, they finally agreed. I requested a ground floor room, as I use a walker which can't help me with stairs. A good samaritan helped me get my bag/mobile equipment to the second floor. The ground floor rooms were "deluxe" and cost ~$40.00 more, per night. I didn't have the extra funds, so I was stuck with my booked accommodations. There was no pool. Nothing remarkable about the laundry rooms. No coffee available, only a vending machine with snacks. Only met one staff member - the guy who checked me in. During my stay, I had to eat cold sandwiches - nothing requiring refrigeration or heating. I was miserable. I have traveled both domestically and internationally and I've had the privilege to stay at worlds best hotels. I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel stay of my entire life! Sad..

Stayed here many times ..very nice staff …clean rooms. Rooms are updated. I love all the different lighting options plenty of hangers and a place to put my stuff. A deskfor work. Adequate shelving for snacks. Never issued no issues with TV Everything works always nice.

Room looked clean. Smelled like cigarettes. The ac/heater wall thermostat control was not working good so super hot. So when brushing my teeth there was a roach in the sink. Staff the younger guy with long hair he was hospitable. The lady that was there Saturday morning she was not. Pretty rude.

Good stay for the money.

Check-in was easy as I had used a discount site to place the room. The room wasn't big, but large enough. It had wifi, and cable, that was about it no hair drier, shampoo or microfridge. The bed was comfortable and the Hvac worked well. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

The first room we got had a leak in the ceiling. We called to get another room and instead of taking care of it right away, the front desk told us "I have to call someone." We did get another room, but we asked for two more pillows. There were only two in the room. The front desk told us they didn't have any more. The second room was clean and no issues, other than the pillows.

It had a strong smell of cigarette throughout the night. It almost felt as it came from the vents because the smell of cigarette was stronger at times. It didn't smell when I checked in, otherwise I would have requested to be switched. This was more during the night. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and clean.
