Cozy House less than two miles from Ocean Beaches

  • Welcome to this newly renovated two bedroom house. Kick back and relax in a calm, stylish space on a quiet residential street in the hamlet of Hampton Bays and the beaches of Southampton Town.

    Walk into a cozy living room with sofa, club chair and TV. Twin bedrooms, both have dressers and closet space. They each have a Queen bed, and soothing colors for the perfect nights sleep. There is a large eat in kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the backyard. New dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (which makes plenty of ice!) Washer/Dryer is available for stays longer than 7 nights.

    The outdoor space is totally private, fenced in with a new outdoor shower, patio, grill, lounge chairs, firepit and swing.

    You are minutes from beaches and local restaurants so no need to travel far, but if you want to explore there are wineries, museums, art galleries, golf courses, and shopping in the neighboring towns.
