Sunny cottage in quiet North Beach neighborhood, just about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach!
Recently renovated with 1 bedroom, 1 loft bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, spacious kitchen with farmhouse table, cozy living room with large couch and fireplace, and washer/dryer.
Enjoy our grassy fenced-in backyard with large deck, fire pit, the hot tub and pool - (seasonal ONLY)! Includes towels. Private parking for 2+ cars. Quick walk or bike to the beach!
Can sleep 4 with 1 queen bed, 1 queen mattress in loft and large couch.
No smoking

Single story, single family home on large 6,000+ sq foot, grassy, fenced in private lot 1/2 mile to beautifully pristine North Beach. The yard is not shared and is all yours for relaxing.
• Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, ceiling fan
• Loft - Queen mattress and window for feeling that ocean breeze
Plenty of room to move around and sleep but NOT tall enough to STAND UP
• Kitchen - Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to cook a meal. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses.
• Dining - Farmhouse table that seats 6. Bar Stools at kitchen counter for two.
• Bathroom - Full bathroom with waterfall shower-head and jetted tub.
• Living Room - Large couch, fireplace, washer/dryer, TV with apps included. Wi-Fi
included with rental!
• Outside/Yard - Large deck with propane Weber Grill. Dining set for 6 with umbrella which steps down onto the patio. Patio has fire pit. Just off the patio is the cozy hot tub. At the other end of the yard is a 15' round frame pool perfect for floating around on the rafts or taking a quick dip to cool off!
• Parking - Driveway fits up to 4 cars.
You'll have full access to the entire house, fenced in yard, pool, hot tub, and parking.

Closet in main bedroom will be locked.

Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendly. You will see dog walkers and kids biking around the circle. At the end of the street turn left to see the ocean and make your way to North Beach - a tranquil, family-friendly beach. If you want more entertainment, head south to the main beach for more restaurants, shops, concerts, arcades, etc. (about 10 minutes by bike if you don't want to pay to park there!)
Local restaurants (Las Olas Taqueria, The Galley Hatch) and stores (CVS, Rite Aid) are just a 5 minute drive away. Hannaford is 7 minutes. Hampton is 1 hour north of Boston, 20 minutes south of Portsmouth and 35 minutes east of Manchester.
Uber and cabs are available in Hampton. The area is perfect for getting around by walking and biking. North beach and the main beach have paid parking.

Happy stay.

Loved the fence in yard!! My dog enjoyed running free. We were close to north beach and Hampton. We even got to see the sand castles ,exciting. Shopping and restaurants all close. Enjoyed relaxing on the nice deck.

Clean and Comfortable

Our stay was great. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable, what more can you ask for! Sandra was great with communication and all details. Great location near the beach yet still convenient for commuting. No complaints, overall great stay.

Excellent accommodations

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I, my daughter and her friend stayed on this property with our three dogs. The girls slept in the loft and went up there when they wanted privacy. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two small dogs and one medium sized dog. The pool, hot tub, patio, fire pit and deck were used almost daily. The property is located a short drive to multiple beaches and stores. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again!

A Great Place to Stay

My husband and I were looking for a place for ourselves and liked the overall appearance of this cottage. After we had reserved it, our 2 adult daughters decided to join us. Still, the space worked very well for us. The cottage is exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We lacked for nothing during our 9 day visit. The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. We want to go back! We highly recommend this little house.

The second bedroom was a tiny loft with an unsafe ladder to access. Barely three feet tall. Home was clean and had good amenities. Some renovation done by a DIYer. Would stay at a hotel next time

This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay for our first vacation as a family

I recently had a baby in February and wanted to take him, my four year old, and husband to the beach (and also bring our elderly, but very lovable, dog). This place was perfect for us. It is an excellent location, so we could quickly make it to the beach, or go home quickly for nap time if needed (in a very quiet neighborhood which was excellent for my young kids). The pool and hot tub were perfect for the days we wanted to stay in, along with the fenced in yard so our dog could join us outside. This was our first vacation as a complete family and it was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze and Sandra was available if we had any questions. I hope we can book this place again next summer!

Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop!

Nous sommes restées dans la maison pendant 3 nuits mais avions réservé pour 4… Les points négatifs sont le fait que la maison ne comporte pas 2 chambres à coucher, malgré le fait qu’il est indiqué 2 chambres dans la description, c’est plutôt 1 chambre et 1 pièce d’appoint avec 1 lit au sol avec du tapis et un plafond de 3pieds où nous devions monter par une échelle….ok pour un enfant mais par pour un ou des adultes. Ensuite, le matelas dans la chambre à coucher est très mou et le lit fait beaucoup de bruits avec un seul petit mouvement. Disons que certaines caractéristiques seraient à reconsidérer (le sofa dans le salon, les rénovations). Avait aussi une odeur constante d’humidité…Bien situé par rapport à la plage, courte distance à marcher, cuisine semble bien équipée. Frigo propre

Cute house, very disappointing, very over-priced

This is an adorable little house, warm, plenty of hot water, spacious parking, and I was grateful to be able to bring my little dog. So much potential. Unfortunately, the description is very inaccurate. The beach is a short drive away, not a short walk. The road to the beach is a busy main thoroughfare. The hot tub, firepit, and grill were non-functional. The couch is tired, worn, and stained. There are no rugs, yet there is a pervasive smell (perhaps from the natural gas heating). The owner attempted to cover the smell with chemical plug-in room deodorizers, which created a much worse situation. The bed in the bedroom is cheap and squeaky, the mattress is so bad that you can feel the bed frame, despite a foam topper. The idea of sleeping 4 adults is absurd. The upstairs bed is a mattress on the floor under the eaves, up a straight ladder (this was accurately described). I paid over $270 per night for this, shame on me, I should have rented a hotel room.

Nice home

Nice little house. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and it was the perfect amount of space for two people. Good location close to the beach and other towns to visit. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the microwave was dirty from food splatter, but other than that it was good. Would stay here again
